We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the laundry. While we do have a policy in place regarding washer/dryer access for certain stay lengths, we completely understand how essential this was for you and your twins. We are so sorry our housekeeper was unavailable to assist in unlocking it for you at the time, and we are re-evaluating this policy to ensure future guests have a smoother experience. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the kitchen and cleaning amenities. We have already added a broom, mop, measuring cups, and baking pans to the property to make future stays more comfortable. Regarding our pricing structure, we use a tiered-guest system to keep our base rates lower and more affordable for smaller groups rather than charging a flat maximum rate for everyone. However, we hear you loud and clear regarding our pre-arrival message. Our goal is simply to prevent unauthorized parties, but we never want our guests to feel unwelcome or stressed before their trip even begins.
