Unwind in Rochester at this lovely house. With 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, this unique property is perfect for your family's stay. The house features 2 bathrooms with stand up showers & soaking tub plus all the amenities to feel at home. Enjoy meals prepared in a fully stocked chef's kitchen, with options for outdoor and indoor dining. After dinner, relax by the firepit, play lawn games, wakeup with morning yoga (mats provided), board games and more. Whether you're exploring the city, the finger lakes region, here for work, or simply enjoying some downtime, this is the ideal home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to Dreaming Tree. Please note we can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. Extra person fee, laundry fee. Sorry no pets, no parties, no AC but the house is in the shade with fans and window AC units. It is a wooded area with easy access to RGH, URMC both 5 miles away. Message for extended stays

The house is in a wooded, wooded location. The rooms were very clean. The host was very thoughtful about details with lots of notes and personal touches. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were great. The only negative was the flaky remotes for the TVs that were temperamental. It was a small thing. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable for 7 adults in town for a college graduation. Great place! Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect space for our small wedding party to get ready before and stay after the wedding. The owner was very responsive prior to booking and through the time leading up to our stay.

Beautiful Home! Quiet & Convenient Location!

Rachel is a thoughtful host and her very clean, well cared for home is full of warmth!! The space was perfect for 6 adults. The home was exactly has portrayed in the pictures. We all enjoyed our stay and have zero complaints. Rachel was communicative through the entire process; offering to assist with finding local attractions if needed. We will definitely consider staying again, when we return to Rochester, NY.

An excellent experience!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! We had a group of adults from 18 years old to 85 years old, and we all enjoyed the house. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for the older women, but the lay out was great for us. We also greatly appreciated all of the little extras the host left, from snacks to extra useful items such as make up mirrors and hair dryers, among so much more. The location was beautiful (lovely views!) although a bit hard to find at night. Highly recommended!!

Hidden Gem

When plans were cancelled last minute and we needed a place to stay for my son’s graduation from Eastman school of Music, I found this property and what an incredible surprise! Great communication from the owners, the house was welcoming and inviting with extra supplies and snacks and breakfast items. The house is located above the water, so the deck boasts a beautiful serene view to relax. We had the double screen doors open while we were there, took a walk around the quiet neighborhood and played games as a family with the games provided. There was plenty of room for my children and even Grandpa got his own bed! It was a short drive to Rochester too. This is a must stay! Five stars for sure!

This neighborhood is a quiet gem... close to the water, walking distance to one of the country's oldest family-owned amusement parks, hiking trails, dining and more... with easy access to the expressway, downtown Rochester, Colleges, Hospitals and shopping. As they say in Rochester, nothing is more than 10 minutes away!

We pay attention to the little things. Breakfast, snack items, coffee, tea, and all the fixings for smores to get you started. Toiletries, plenty of linens and a fully stocked chef's kitchen. Wildlife and nature to admire from every window, the deck and the yard. You probably won't want to leave. Enjoy games with your family and reading on the back deck.
