You’ll stay in a spacious 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, measuring approximately 65 m², located in the attic of the Residenz Seestern. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an additional TV, as well as a large, bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. A separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave make self-catering a breeze.

The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet, and on the large rooftop terrace, you can enjoy sunny hours with a view of the surrounding greenery. Satellite TV and a telephone are available for your entertainment.

The on-site wellness area ensures relaxing moments: The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and you can use the sauna area for a fee.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also child-friendly, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Childproof outlet covers and toilet seats for children are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-bedroom vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
