The Becker family’s beautifully laid-out apartment has been completely renovated.

As you enter this bright and welcoming apartment, you’ll find yourself right in the spacious entryway. There’s plenty of room here to store your clothes and shoes, even when the weather isn’t great.

Right next to it, guests will find the state-of-the-art built-in kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove with glass-ceramic cooktop (including range hood), built-in microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee pod machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, and, of course, all other necessary kitchen utensils—everything has been thought of here. The large retro refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment is a particularly nice addition.

Next up is the cozy living-dining area. Here you’ll find a beautiful dining table that seats 4 people, as well as an inviting living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (which can easily be converted into a comfortable bed for 1 person if needed). A stylish armchair is also available. A 43-inch Full HD flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a CD player ensure you’ll never get bored, even when the weather is bad. From the living area, you can step out onto the nicely furnished balcony with a table and chairs for four people (south-facing). Here, you’ll enjoy sunshine all day long.

In the cozy bedroom, guests will find a large double bed measuring 180 x 200, as well as a large built-in closet that offers enough space for 4 people.

The bathroom features an oversized, floor-to-ceiling shower. It also includes a vanity with an integrated drawer unit, a toilet, and a bathroom radiator with a towel warmer.

In about a 3-minute walk, you’ll reach the expansive sandy beach with its beautifully landscaped promenade, featuring a variety of dining options, lovely shops, and all kinds of recreational and sports activities for young and old.

Dogs are welcome, and the dog-friendly beaches on the North and South beaches are also just a few minutes away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. From your private underground parking space, you can reach the quietly situated apartment comfortably and without getting wet via the stairwell.
