INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker (pods), toaster and blender.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee maker, blender, coffee pods, sugars, half and half, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the entire home. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

Amazing Dana Point Stay

My family (including my wife and three kids) had a really good time staying at this place for a month. It's in a great spot, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store just a short walk away. You should definitely check out Giana Bakery and Provisions - it's not far and totally worth it for coffee and pastries. The backyard and garage bonus room were nice extras. There is parking on-site. Just know that parking in the driveway is a bit tight, and street parking can fill up fast, so be warned. The beds were really comfy but we’d have preferred a comforter over the duvet as the duvet got a bit annoying. The only other nitpicks are the rug in the living room sheds a lot (please get rid of that rug) and the smoke alarms can be a bit too sensitive when you're cooking unless you open the windows and turn on the fan. These are easily addressed and shouldn’t deter you from booking this awesome home. All in all, we had a great time during our month there. We'd definitely book this place again.
