Living Spaces:
Natural light fills the main living area, where comfortable seating and a large TV create an easy place to relax after a day near the water. Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space make it easy to stay connected during your stay.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to shared dinners at home. You’ll have access to a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dining table, along with cooking basics and barbecue utensils for outdoor meals.

Sleeping Arrangements:
The home includes three bedrooms designed to accommodate groups and families comfortably:
Primary Bedroom - King Bed with ensuite full bath
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Twin bed over a double trundle bunkbed

Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, an iron, and essentials are provided for your convenience. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is also available. Playard sheets are not included

Step outside to a fully fenced private backyard with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit - an inviting space to gather after a day exploring Dana Point. Whether you’re enjoying coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the outdoor area extends the relaxed coastal atmosphere of the home.

Location:
This home places you close to some of Dana Point’s most popular attractions, including Dana Wharf Sportfishing & Whale Watching, Doheny State Beach, and the shops and dining throughout the Lantern District. Beach access is nearby, making it easy to spend your days along the shoreline or exploring the surrounding coastal communities.

Free parking on premises is available for 2 spaces, and the home features self check-in with a smart lock for a smooth arrival experience. Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and overlooking the back parking area.

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

We do not have outdoor music systems. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
