Located just 50 yards from Jacob’s Pond and only .2 miles from Seagull Beach (about a 15-minute walk), guests can easily enjoy some of the area’s best coastal scenery and beach access.



The open kitchen features a gas range, large island, and seating for five, creating the perfect space for gathering after a beach day. Just off the kitchen, the sunroom offers dining seating for eight with plenty of natural light for meals, games, and conversation. The living area includes comfortable seating, central air, and a decorative fireplace for added ambiance. Outside, enjoy spacious yard areas, a propane grill, and an outdoor shower that’s perfect after sandy beach walks.
