Perfect Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay! The property was clean, modern, and directly across the street from the ski resort. The best part was the amazing view of the mountains from the cozy living room and enjoying it with our furbabies next to the fireplace.

Wonderful home for family memories

Beautiful home in a great location! We had 3 generations with us plus our dog and it was the perfect place to create lasting memories. The furniture was comfortable and the overall layout allowed everyone to have space.

The best trip to Durango / Purgatory!

Our family had the best trip to this house and were really happy with the location and VIEW, newness of the property, amenities, and local neighborhood. We spent a considerable amount of time in the mornings and evenings on the patio...which has amazing views and the hot tub. Kitchen is stocked well, beds are comfortable and plenty of space for all throughout this home. We plan to rent it again.

Nice location and very roomy. The owner really needs to address the plumbing issues in the condo. No water pressure and next to no hot water.

Our local team has gone into the unit and checked out on demand system. They noticed that the heater setting was set to low, so they adjusted it and turned on the water in the bathroom sink and shower. It took 3 minutes to heat up. We hope for another opportunity to host you for a truly exceptional experience.

Disappointed overall

The location of the home is great, and the on-demand shuttle to the ski lifts was wonderful. However, the furniture was covered in dog hair, there was old food on multiple pieces of silverware that we had to wash, the hot tub was filthy, the down comforter on the master bed, had a hole chew in it from a dog and down feathers were coming out the entire time.

Nice property, poor communication & checkin

Overall, very nice property. Very clean. Email communications regarding check-in and check out came late. In the case of check-in, I had to initiate a customer service request to get door codes. Upon arrival, the door code worked once but there after would not work. Had to call customer service again to get it reprogrammed. To their credit they did it quickly over the phone. The garage door code never did work. Entry instructions were very confusing. Check out instructions came late, and consequently, we had already left upon receipt.
