A particular highlight is the sunny, south-east-facing rooftop terrace that wraps around two sides of the apartment; here, you can enjoy breakfast together in the morning sun and breathe in the refreshing sea air. Ideal for families: The apartment offers the luxury of two bathrooms, ensuring you start your day completely relaxed.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 1, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—the fine-sand, kilometer-long Boltenhagen beach is just 200 meters away. The pier and the spa gardens are only a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Pier Festival—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a spacious entryway with a coat closet. The rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and socialize. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. The apartment is also designed to be barrier-free.

Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the resort—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception, featuring the front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground as well as free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can reach the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance underneath the building. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground garage, as are charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack. In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use.
