The 58 m² barrier-free 2-room apartment, booa2-08, is located in the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A particular highlight is the spacious, sun-drenched terrace facing southeast; where you can enjoy breakfast together in the morning sun and breathe in the refreshing sea air. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible.

A starter set of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 2, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—just 200 meters away lies Boltenhagen’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This family-friendly and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet. After a relaxing day on vacation, you can unwind on the sunny terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The terrace is accessible from the living room.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance located underneath the building.
