Welcome to Queen Anne! This basement guest suite is nestled in one of Seattle's most beloved neighborhoods. With its own private entrance, this stylish hideaway offers the privacy and independence of having a place entirely to yourself. Direct bus line to Climate Pledge Arena (<10 mins) and downtown Seattle (~20 mins).

Note: this listing is for the basement only and not for the main house above it. As it is a basement suite, expect low ceilings (6ft6) and possible noise from the house above.

Enter through the wooden gate and follow the private path to the side entrance of the house to enter your Queen Anne hideaway. The suite is spread over the entire basement floor and offers a cozy but spacious set up for your trip to Seattle.

As you enter, go down the steps to find the open space living area with the lounge, dining area and kitchenette. Immediately to your left you will find the reading nook, ready for you to grab a cozy drink and immerse yourself in your favorite book. The door will lead you into the generous main bedroom, equipped with a dedicated workspace and its own walk-in closet. The corridor to the side of the dining area will lead you to the newly remodeled bathroom and bonus room.

Bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a queen bed, soft linens, and a generous walk-in closet. Pack-and-play available for the youngest guests.

Dedicated Study/Workspace: You can find a desk with a comfortable chair and plenty of outlets in the bedroom for when you need some time to focus.

Bonus Room: A quiet room with a full-size bed that works perfectly as additional sleeping space.

Bathroom: A modern full bathroom, stocked with fresh towels, hair dryer and toiletries.

Kitchenette: Fully equipped with a fridge, toaster oven/air fryer, plug-in hot plate and microwave. You can also find a Keurig pod & ground coffee maker for your caffeine boost in the morning.

Living Area: Two love seats and a smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Disney+ streaming available with your own account).
