Located in the well-known "Marina Wendtorf" recreational and yacht marina, the Scandinavian-style "Ferienhaus Seemöwe" semi-detached home—situated in the front row—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 6 people, the 68 m² vacation home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and a whirlpool tub.

Additional costs for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity, as well as a parking space, are included!

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the first floor: the bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated floors, a toilet, a sink, and a whirlpool tub.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sleeper sofa for two children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times. A Nespresso capsule machine and a drip coffee maker are available for your use inside the house. The outdoor area features seating, a patio umbrella, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill.

The house also includes a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. The promenade, featuring the restaurant “Ahoi Steffen Henssler,” an ice cream parlor, souvenir shops, fishing boats, and many playgrounds—all within walking distance—completes the vacation experience right on the Baltic Sea.
Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or crisp winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sea. Your dog is also very welcome!

The promenade right by the harbor invites you to linger with its wide variety of attractions.
The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” will take care of your culinary needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlor offers delicious treats.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your own laundry daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
