This house features a king bed, queen bed, and twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests can refresh in two bathrooms, each offering a bathtub and shower for added comfort. The space stays pleasant year-round with air conditioning and heating. A hair dryer is also available to make packing lighter. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, guests will find a welcoming retreat to unwind. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. There is a Ring doorbell camera present on the front of the house the points away from the house towards the yard/driveway.

The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought.

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself!

Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal to the home. Pets are not allowed. Guests who bring a pet against the house rules we be charged for a $199 pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.

Quiet hours are 10pm - 9am. We don't mind if you are in the backyard during quiet hours, we kindly request that our guests be respectful of the neighbors. The neighbors may call the county and complain if guests are being noisy past 10 pm (county noise ordinance). We rarely get complaints from the neighbors, but if we do, we want to be able to tell our guests that there are designated quiet hours.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
