This ground floor condo is NEWLY UPDATED and can provide for family of 6. Just installed remote patio door shades (blinds). New beach accessories and inside decor. Come enjoy us at this 2-bedroom and 2 full bath condo in St. Augustine Beach. Just few walking minutes (secure) from beach. The space sleeps 6 and features one king bed and two queen beds, perfect for a small group or family. NEWLY installed Comcast TV & WiFi. Guests will find two bathrooms with refreshing shower and/or tub, making mornings easy and convenient. Large closet that can be used for storage or if you have a playpen. We have for you NEW beach chairs, NEW umbrellas and NEW coolers. Additional sport amenities and a relaxing patio with NEW FURNITURE to unwind. The condo has NEW DECOR and offers a pleasant atmosphere with air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this excellent spot provides a cozy retreat after a day of adventure. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. This condo has everything we needed. The hosts went out of their way to be sure we were getting everything we needed. There are games and all the pool toys available. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The garage was a great place for our bikes and extra storage. Just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great location and access to the beach. This is a very comfortable, clean, and quiet townhouse. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes and grocery store less than a mile away. We would stay here again without question.

The unit was perfect for our group of six. Everyone was happy and enjoyed the pool and beach. The “grands” enjoyed the pickleball courts. The kitchen was perfect for cooking every evening. We loved sitting out on the porch every morning with our coffee and bagels and watching the ducks swimming by. It was a wonderful family vacation that we’ll remember forever. We’ve been coming to Seawinds for over 30 years..never disappointed.. and great memories for my grands that we talked about the entire time we were there. Thank you to the McCutcheons for everything.

We were very happy with our selection based on communications with our hosts and the condo itself. Very clean, well maintained property. Enjoyed the very short walk to beach. Only recommendation- rent your own beach chairs if you plan on spending any time at the beach. While they were provided- they were old, rusty, small and not comfortable. The beach cart was in good working condition though.

The condo was clean just fine. The owner however had to many rules like I was back in elementary school.Not to say I am not a rule follower at all but common sense dictates 95% of said rules.

2nd Stay at Sea Winds

This unit was updated, fully equipped and very comfortable for 4 adults. We love the location to grocery, Anastasia Island & historical Saint Augustine. The resort property has a great private walk to the beach and is located just off a beautiful stretch of natural dunes and soft sand. We will stay here again when we return to the area!

This property was very inviting. It is updated and VERY clean. One of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. The location was excellent and the private access to the beach was great. The pool area was beautiful and clean. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great condo and location!

The condo is in a great spot, about a two minute walk to the beach with private access. The condo itself is also beautiful and has great amenities. We were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

Great Home and Location!

The condo was lovely with very responsive owners! The location was perfect right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants! Couldnt have asked for a better vacation with family (grandparents, parents, and young grandchildren).

Perfect stay for our group of 4 adults

We loved our stay at SeaWinds Dreams condo. The condo was very comfortable with great beds, very comfortable seating in living room and plenty of dining space. Frank and Lucy were very responsive when we had questions. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was absolutely beautiful for walking or relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
