Shopping, pharmacies, banks, and countless restaurants are all within easy reach. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 600 meters away.

LOVINGLY FURNISHED 3-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH BALCONY
The 3-room apartment on the 1st floor, with a total area of 45 square meters, accommodates 2 to 4 people. It features a living area with an open kitchen (including a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, and more), a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. A flat-screen TV and stereo system are included.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Please understand that this is a non-smoking property and smoking is permitted only outdoors. Pets are not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels can be booked separately from us for an additional fee. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in your apartment before your arrival.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the common areas for a fee, as well as ample storage space for bicycles. A parking space for cars with a maximum height of 1.50 m (!) is available in the underground garage.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
