If you are looking for rest and relaxation but still want to be active and want to explore the Côte d'Azur & Italian Riviera: from San Remo to St. Tropez, you will feel very comfortable in the Riviera Garden Apartment. Away from the hustle and bustle and still in the heart of the city: 20 minutes by bus or tram from the sea. 15 min walk from the typical market " Liberation " and from the Matisse Museum . Large garden and seating area with barbecue facilities ensure romantic, quiet evenings.
The well-insulated and sound building structure ensures a natural coolness in summer (no air conditioning required). In the colder months of the year, the rooms are pleasantly warm thanks to the central heating.

Fantastic Place + Professional Host

I stayed nearly 6 weeks and was really sad to leave again. The place is perfect, quiet, clean comfortable and the host is super professional and pleasant. Communication was always spot on, nothing missing in the place and since I was there a little longer the beds were changed once a week including general cleaning which I really appreciated. I was working from here and had a Scooter. With Scooter you are everywhere in no time - 5-10 minutes into Nice City Center, Old Town, Seafront etc. and 30 minutes to Monaco. If I could, I would give it 6 Stars!

Kleine Idylle mitten in Nizza

Eine kleine Ferienwohnung in einer eigenen Etage mit zwei Terrassen. Das Auto kann stehen bleiben. Mit den günstigen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell überall. Sehr nette Vermieterin, wir werden wieder buchen, wenn es in die Reiseplanung ermöglicht.

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr grossem Garten

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet. Von jedem Bereich konnten wir in den Garten gelangen ( ausser Badezimmer). Gepflegt und sauber. Die Wlanverbindung war sehr gut, wir konnten auch auf dem Fernsehen unsere Lieblingsserie in Netflix weiteranschauen . Der Garten ist riesig ( für uns alleine). Es gab verschiedene Tische mit Stühlen im Garten. Morgens frühstücksten wir direkt vor der Küche. Abends sassen wir vor dem Salon auf ein Gläschen Wein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine). Wir fanden vor allem das Schlafzimmer sehr schön, weil es eine sehr stimme Ambiente, mit Blick auf den Zitronenbaum, hatte. Das Wohnzimmer war auch hell, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber sehr sauber ( mit Waschmaschine). Die Gastgeberin stamm taus Deutschland und lebt seit über 25 Jahren in Südfrankreich. Sie hatte sogar für uns ein Restaurant reserviert. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage

Wir waren die ersten Gäste 😉. Entspricht alles genau den Bildern . Sehr schöne, geräumige, helle Wohnung, die direkt zum großen Garten führt ( alleinige Benutzung). Neue Ausstattung ( auch Bett !) , sehr hübsches Schlafzimmer. Ruhig . Kleines Badezimmer , aber alles vorhanden . Gut ausgestattete Küche , die direkt zum Gärten führt . Wohnzimmer ( tu mit netflixanschluss ), gutes wlan Direkter Zugang zum Garten . Verschiedene Sitzgruppen. Sehr nette deutsche Besitzerin ( lebt seit über 20 Jahren in Nizza ). Sie gab uns tolle Tipps . Super lage. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder .
