On the first floor, underfloor heating in the kitchen area provides pleasant warmth, while the living room, with its inviting fireplace, creates a cozy atmosphere—especially on cooler days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for shared meals. A guest restroom adds to the comfort.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds that ensure restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, rounding out the home’s practical amenities.

All windows and doors have insect screens, so you can enjoy the fresh air undisturbed even with the windows open.
