The 50-square-meter apartment has 3 rooms: a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s room with 2 single beds, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The single beds in the children’s room are generously sized (90x200 cm), so the apartment offers four regular sleeping spots. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request. The balcony, complete with seating, invites you to relax in the fresh air. The apartment is newly furnished and fully equipped.<br><br><br><br>Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in what we believe is the most beautiful area of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea in Schleswig-Holstein. It is an upscale residential area in a quiet, scenic villa neighborhood. The property is situated on a hill, approximately 300 meters as the crow flies from the Baltic Sea. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from your vacation rental to Scharbeutz’s unique, exceptionally fine sandy beach. The forest (which also features a climbing park), offering many hiking opportunities and stretching all the way to the town of Timmendorfer Strand, is just a 3-minute walk away. There is also a playground on our cul-de-sac, though it does not cause any noise disturbance. A parking space for your car is available on the property, right in front of the entrance to your vacation apartment at the Annabel Guesthouse. A wooden shed is available for your bicycles.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
