Charming vacation rental in a quiet location near the beach with a large garden! This vacation rental, measuring just over 65 m², is located on the right side of the upper floor of the house at Grüner Weg 37a in a quiet neighborhood. <br><br>The bright and modernly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and 1 toddler in a travel crib. <br><br>Note: There is currently a construction site on the grounds of the former equestrian center at Reiterkoppel.<br><br>The beautiful apartment spans two levels (top floor + attic) and is divided into a spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 or 3 people, and 1 shower room with a towel warmer and heated floors, the hallway, and the spacious balcony.<br><br>The bright and modern living room features a cozy sofa, a wicker chair, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. A collection of games and a book about Fehmarn are available.<br><br>The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), while the second bedroom upstairs has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). <br><br>A travel crib with an extra mattress and a high chair are provided. <br><br>Both bedrooms have blackout blinds.<br><br>The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a small freezer compartment), a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. There is plenty of dishes and cutlery for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, dish towels, dish soap, etc.). <br><br>The dining table seats 5 adults and one toddler in a high chair.<br><br>The shower room is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensure a cozy, warm shower experience. You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. <br><br>One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. <br><br>In addition, a washing machine (free of charge), an ironing board, and an iron are available for your use. The apartment offers free internet access (Wi-Fi) provided by a third-party provider.<br><br>The living room opens onto a spacious south-facing balcony. Here, patio furniture and a parasol allow you to spend relaxing hours.<br>Please note: Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental.<br><br><br>Please note that even apartments where pets are not allowed cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies. <br><br><br>The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable.<br><br>You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff is always happy to assist you.<br><br>You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before your arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct follow-up bookings.<br><br>Note on consecutive bookings during the high season:<br>During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.<br><br><br><br>Additional fees: Booking fee<br>For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may apply.
