Built in 1939 and nestled along the shores of Copano Bay, our historic waterfront cottage has been thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character. We’re continuing to lovingly restore this special home one project at a time, blending modern conveniences with the timeless charm of a classic Texas coastal cottage.
It’s the kind of place where mornings begin with coffee on the porch as the sun rises over the bay, afternoons are spent fishing from the private pier, and evenings end beneath a sky full of stars with the gentle sounds of the water. We’re a Texas family who fell in love with this little waterfront cottage the moment we saw the view. Built in 1939, it’s been a labor of love ever since. We’ve spent countless weekends restoring it one project at a time—rebuilding the pier, updating the home with modern comforts, and preserving the character that makes it so special.
We love fishing, grilling on the Traeger, relaxing on the porch, and watching the sun and moon rise over Copano Bay. Our hope is that guests feel the same sense of peace we do every time we visit and create memories they’ll want to come back for year after year.
