The two-bedroom, two-bath home accommodates up to five registered guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, dedicated desk and sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, glass shower, radiant heated floors, and mountain views.

The guest bedroom has one twin daybed and one pull-out twin trundle that can be positioned together to create a king-size sleeping arrangement. It also includes a smart TV, dresser, and closet. The nearby guest bathroom features radiant heated floors and a spacious walk-in shower.

The open living area offers a gas fireplace, large smart TV, Sonos surround sound, comfortable sectional seating, automated shades, and panoramic views. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, bakeware, a dishwasher, and both Nespresso and Keurig coffee options.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor shower, decks, grill, outdoor dining and lounge areas, firepit, koi ponds, fields, and private walking areas throughout the property. No neighboring homes are visible from the primary guest areas, creating a genuine sense of privacy and seclusion.

Hollow Sky also includes Starlink Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in each room, radiant heated bathroom floors, smart televisions, and an EV charger. The dedicated workspace and reliable internet make the home suitable for guests who need to stay connected while enjoying a rural setting.

The property has a meaningful family history and was carefully preserved and reimagined rather than sold off or overdeveloped. Its fields, ponds, views, and natural character remain central to the Hollow Sky experience.

Located in the northern Catskills, Hollow Sky provides access to hiking, skiing, scenic drives, restaurants, and nearby towns including Windham, Hunter, Catskill, Hudson, and Albany. A car is required, and guests should expect gravel country roads, wildlife, changing weather, uneven outdoor terrain, and limited cellular service in parts of the surrounding area.
