Rosegarden Beauty, situated in the southwestern part of Cape Coral on a tranquil street lined with palm trees, offers the perfect location. You can easily walk to Tarpon Point, where you'll find shops and restaurants, or head to Rotary Park. This lovely vacation rental provides 2256 sqft of space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.

The lanai and pool area, featuring an outdoor day bed, beckon you to unwind and enjoy the view of the heated pool, spa, and the lush greenery, including palm trees, which create a perpetual vacation ambiance. An adjacent covered dining area with a gas grill allows for enjoyable outdoor BBQ evenings.
The living area is designed with an open layout, comprising a cozy TV corner with a spacious couch and a dining area adjacent to the open kitchen. The dining table easily accommodates the entire family, and the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a counter, is perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, a TV, and an attached master bathroom with a bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Both the Master Suite and the 2nd bedroom have direct access to the pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature queen-size beds with TVs, complemented by bedside tables and chests of drawers. The 2nd and 3rd bathrooms feature walk-in showers.

Additionally, the villa offers a versatile den room, suitable for use as an office or reading room. For your beach outings, you'll find cool boxes, beach towels, and a beach umbrella readily available.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.
