The 107-square-meter Upstalsboom 5-room vacation home “Fischerhus,” sinf11, is located in the NordseeResort Friesland and accommodates 6 people. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful, sunny south-facing terrace and the covered balcony facing north toward the sea and the North Sea dike. The house also features its own sauna and a wood-burning stove.

The Location
This lovingly furnished vacation home spans three floors and is located right next to the Graft, an idyllic waterway. The resort’s spacious property borders the dike directly to the northeast. The North Sea and the expansive sandy beach are only about 200 meters away—here you can enjoy peace and quiet, fresh sea air, and virtually no traffic. Take a stroll along the coast, breathe in the refreshing sea air, or relax in a beach chair.
Cafés, restaurants, and shopping are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers recreational highlights such as the Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Explore the mudflats on a guided mudflat hike—a true North Sea adventure!

Amenities
This tasteful and bright non-smoking vacation home features underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows with fly screens, and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove (firewood not included). Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to spend quality time with family or friends after a lovely day at the beach. The apartment has three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, or one with two single beds. A crib and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.
Starting with breakfast, you can enjoy the idyllic setting and the view of the water on the spacious, south-facing terrace. The terrace features lounge furniture and is accessible from the living area.
A covered balcony—facing north—with a view of the sea and the offshore dike promises the pure North Sea experience. The covered balcony is located in the attic and is accessible from another living area on the gallery. Here you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a sofa area, and a reclining chair.
A stylish bathroom with a bathtub, heated floors, a rain shower, a toilet, a sink, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as a separate guest restroom, are at your disposal. Another highlight is the private sauna in the house’s bathroom.
