Welcome to your vacation apartment E-04! <br>This 84-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of Building E. It is designed to accommodate 5 people (4 adults + 1 child).<br><br>You can conveniently park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or via the stairs. <br>The apartment’s entryway leads you past a small storage room and, on the right, into the first of the two bedrooms. Here you’ll find a comfortable double box-spring bed, a spacious closet, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV. You’ll also have access to one of the two bathrooms from here. This light-filled bathroom features a great bathtub!<br>Continuing down the hallway, you’ll find the second, slightly smaller bedroom on your right, also furnished with a double box-spring bed and a closet. On the left side of the hallway, you’ll find the second bathroom, which features a nearly floor-level shower. At the end of the hallway, you’ll reach the heart of the apartment: the spacious living area. It features a beautiful, open-concept kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a cozy sofa nook—complete with a view of the sea! The sofa converts into a bed, providing sleeping space for one person.<br>The living room leads out to the large balcony with a unique ocean view! Here you’ll find two lounge chairs and a table with four chairs—the vacation vibe is complete!<br><br>The beach is just a few steps away from your vacation rental!<br><br>Current note: There is a construction site in the direction of the pier.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The idyllic location right on Südstrand, the fantastic ocean view, the high-quality amenities, and the extensive recreational facilities make Südkap a unique vacation complex on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment. <br><br>The high-quality and extensive amenities in every room, the sauna and fitness area, and the game room make your vacation a memorable experience no matter the season. <br><br>The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m. <br><br>Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on-site with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental service.<br><br>The reception desk is located right on site, where we’re happy to assist you with any questions or requests.<br>The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
