Not a bad place to stay for a quick trip. The beds and showers are great. The pool is close and COOL on those hot days. Bbq pit close to the back yard just bring charcoal,

Impromptu beach trip

Had family come to Dallas and wanted to see a Texas beach. The property and location was excellent. Served its purpose for what we needed. Would rent the property again.

Condo 147 was a great place nice, spacious, great boat slip, only thing in would add would be a bbq pit and one bedroom had a hard mattress but all in all we liked it

Nice place and affordable

Good place to stay overall the only issue is there is no washer or dryer like the listing said, in our case it’s a must. Good price

Great location

Enjoyed fishing from the little dock. Did not enjoy the sprinklers coming on and soaking us and our chairs while fishing in the evening as it was cold.

Great Spot

We loved the patio and the dock. Great for relaxing! We had a couple issues (nothing deal breaking) and Vacasa sent someone out and fixed it that day. The location was close to everything we needed. I would recommend this place to a friend.

This property is very conveniently located and a real pleasure to stay at. 20 feet away from the water, on a canal that is right on the bay. Perfect for boat owners as you can dock right out the back door and keep an eye on it the entire time. Only a couple minute drive to the beach. Very good value!

Oldie but Goodie

This property was older and a little rough around the edges (garge door and flooring to patio) but perfect for our family of 4. Very basic but has everything you need. Beds and furniture were comfortable and location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again.

Stay at Puente Vista!

This particular property has been kept well. It does need lots of updates specially in the bathrooms. The property was clean and organized. However, we did come across 3-4 cockroaches which was NOT pleasant at all. Specially when traveling with two babies. We did enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach was priceless.

Here at the coast, palmetto bugs can be very common. While they are ugly pests, they are not reflective of hygiene or cleanliness. Often, we find these pests near water sources, for example: in the bathrooms or in the kitchen, as they are attracted to moist and humid areas. Palmetto bugs aren’t looking for unclean areas so much as they are looking for food crumbs and water. If you have found dead palmetto bugs, this is a sign that pest control is working. Our homes here are serviced by pest control regularly, to cut back on these pests. While they are unpleasant to see, they can be very common even in the nicest of homes. Good location for fishing

The over all cleaning was good, there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and the inside of the cabinets were dirty. We rented for the dock and access to the water. The dock is in need of some repairs to make it truly safe. For out short visit it was good.
