We rented 2 properties, one of them the wifi wasn’t working so my grandson couldn’t attend his classes and there was a roach infestation do the degree that when my granddaughter got up to drink water in the middle of the night she stepped on one I only hope we didn’t bring any home with us. The other property the counter top in the kitchen was sticky and when we got up in the morning our food was covered with ants so many that we had to throw away most of it and had to replace it and move it all to the fridge. some of us were bitten by the ants. the units are nice but these issues would need to be resolved before I would rent again.

Everything is really close if you like the beaches and there are also good food around the area. Corpus is just a short drive away and the people are friendly.

Great Place to Stay with a Big Group

This place looked exactly like the photos, and had many nice amenities that made our stay that much better. Great location and comfy beds. I’d definitely book again if I had another big get together with friends and family.

I loved the cleanness of the property, everything I needed was available, pool area was awesome

Our stay was awesome, other than the restroom issues, the bottom shower leaking into the master room and the 2nd floor tub water drainage was slow, management was notified but nothing was done….

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. Plenty of room for multiple families. Kitchen well stocked except for no baking sheets.Things that weren't that great. The place was clean on visible areas, but under beds, stands and other areas very dirty. Did see bugs inside. As we are not from the area, this could be a norm. No coffee pot even though listed among amenities, had to buy our own. TV in living does not work, mother board was out so couldn't even hook up anything to it. (We had tech savy people with us and tv was no good). Disappointed as we were looking forward to movie nights. NO SPLASH PAD! I assume it's a seasonal thing and it was removed due to end of season but nothing in description of rental concerning this. I had several disappointed grand children. Main concern, Very little communication with hosts. My daughter, son in law and myself attempted contacting someone concerning the TV in living room, only reply was concerning turning TV off and on and checking breaker box (which is locked up). While I really enjoyed our stay, I would pick a rental that had more accessible hosts.

Great for Crowd

Unlike many other properties we have stayed at, we not only had plenty of beds available for our group (a family of 8) but also enough table space. It was great to have enough seating at the dinner table. The location is conveniently close to the beach; just a short drive away. While there is not a grill at the condo, there are plenty of picnic grills by the community pool, so we were able to roast marshmallows and grill burgers.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Condo was nice overall only a few minor problems but we communicated those with management. The biggest disappointment was the pool wasn’t heated as advertised. Condo had lots of room for large family.

Great place but had an issue that wasn’t resolved during our stay!

We loved the place; great location, great accommodation for a large group, and clean! We had an issue with the refrigerator not working and there was no one to come out over the weekend to look at it, so we had to keep transferring from freezer and get lots of ice for ice chests to try to keep food cold enough.

Annual Ohana Celebration

Thank you for having us! We were able to gather with our adult children to celebrate Independence Day, my birthday and wedding anniversary. Although our #1, our grandchild and #4 of five weren't able to join us, we were still able to gather comfortably with our young adult children. We were impressed with the spacious unit and location of nearby beaches, convenient stores and IGA grocery store. The unit was equipped with all the necessities to prepare a hearty breakfast before departing on our days adventure at nearby Whitecap Beach and Port Aransas. The outside water faucet was great to wash off the sand before entering the home. Once again, thank you for having us! This unit was like a home away from home!

Maintenance Problems

We had one working toilet for 15 people. We were told someone would show up the next day so I waited. They never showed up wasting my day. They showed up 2 days afterwards and we noticed it still wasn’t work working after they left. This should’ve been checked prior to us showing up. We drove a long way to be here.
