Property was older but well kept. Kitchen could have had some essentials like oil and salt and pepper. We had to buy garbage bags, but location was worth it.

Travel agent honest opinion

The best part was the location. It’s on the beach and close to beach access. That’s all you are really paying for. I would not recommend this to my clients.

While we are glad you enjoyed the home's great location, we regret to hear you encountered several issues with the cleaning of the home and maintenance concerns with the furniture, TVs, and WiFi. Kindly note that your comments have been forwarded to housekeeping, who is taking accountability and will be performing a deep clean in the home when the present guests check out. All TVs are always checked pre-guest arrival. When the Wi-Fi signal goes out (which is a frequent problem in this town, unfortunately), TVs are temporarily affected. We will recommend new kitchen inventory to the owner. We value your insights and truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a better experience in the future.

Pros: Overall we had a great time. Enough room for us. Comfortable space. Convenient access to beach. The view was amazingCons: Upon arrival we could not get into the property. The door code didn’t work and there was not an extra key in the lock box. We had to call the property management company to let us in. It took two hours for a locksmith to come and let us in. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom had not been clean. The bed was not made and the trash from the restroom was not taken out. We called the company again and they sent someone that night to come finish cleaning. We were given a two hour extension for check out and was told we would get a gift certificate or gift check but have not received it by the time we left. The property could use an upgrade. The mattresses were hard and the dining room furniture had some repairs that were needed. One of the restroom toilets moved when you used it. There are no BBQ grills in sight.

One of our best stays on SPI!

Great condo right on the water. We loved the view and it was very convenient for our kids to go from the beach to the pool, bathroom or grab some food. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Loved the comforts of home for our family. The proximity to the beach was amazing and exactly what we were looking. Would definitely recommend those who want to be right next to the beach with amazing views of the sunrise!

Great Getaway!

This was a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and the condo had a warm feeling. Fantastic views and beach access. Nice pool with morning shade.

Great Location

We loved the condo and all the amenities in the condo. It was perfect size for my family and we especially loved the view from the back porch looking out onto the beach. Would definitely stay at this condo again.
