The elegant 5-room house with 3 bedrooms offers a cozy atmosphere spread over two floors. On the mezzanine floor, the living room with adjoining dining area invites you to linger, complemented by a tastefully furnished kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. A bathroom with shower, bathroom sink and toilet is also located on this level. The upper floor houses a further bedroom, equipped with two bunk beds (90x200 cm each), as well as a second bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom sink.
The chalet's spacious terrace promises romantic evenings in idyllic surroundings. Pet owners can rejoice, as their four-legged friends are welcome here. Free internet (Wi-Fi) provides additional comfort. Outside parking spaces and a single garage are available for vehicles in front of the chalet.

The holiday home is in a wonderfully peaceful location and captivates guests with its Swiss mountain charm in both summer and winter. Traditionally used as a holiday flat for many years, the rustic chalet is in a well-kept condition.
Thanks to its proximity to the family-friendly "Amden-Arvenbüel" ski area with ski school, the holiday home offers winter fun for young and old. Hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth thanks to the many hiking trails in the surrounding area. Lake Walensee and the village of Amden with shopping facilities, chairlift, café, restaurants and indoor swimming pool can be reached by car in just a few minutes. There are several restaurants in the Amden-Arvenbüel district. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.
