Whispering Waters sleeps 4 with 1 bedroom (king bed) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Your cabin is located on a 7-acre wooded property and is only 56 steps from the creek. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with a crockpot, air fryer and Keurig coffee maker. There is a large screen TV in the living room and a TV is also located in the bedroom. Enjoy cooking on the outside gas grill while overlooking the creek. Whispering Waters is centrally heated and air conditioned. A covered porch and spacious deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs overlook the creek.

Whispering Waters is located just around the bend from Alexander’s General Store, down the road from Sunrise Grocery and less than 3 hours from Dollywood. Reece Farm and Heritage Center is a pleasant stop on the way to Vogel State Park. And good luck when you visit the casinos in Murphy, NC!

Adventure out to local hiking trails and waterfalls, tubing or horseback trail riding and visit nearby vineyards and distilleries. There are many mountain biking and graveling trails in the nearby National Forest. Shop and dine in downtown Blairsville, Blue Ridge and Hiawassee. Enjoy Oktoberfest in alpine Helen just 40 minutes away. Many farm stands and apple picking orchards are nearby. Harvest your own seasonal vegetables at the Farm@180. But don’t forget, the best attraction of all is a relaxing afternoon sitting on the deck at Whispering Waters enjoying the tranquil beauty of YOUR mountain stream!

The cabin does have a steep drive that could be slippery in inclement winter weather so front-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
