Haus Olymp WE 4: cozy 1-room apartment close to the beach

This bright, welcoming, and cozy one-room apartment (approx. 45 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The entire apartment is tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living area features a comfortable leather couch, armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall unit. For your entertainment, this apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, a CD player, and a selection of books and board games. The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi.

The open, yet spatially separated, kitchen/dining area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, stove, oven, microwave, exhaust hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.

The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, and nightstands.

The bright bathroom features a shower with a real glass door, a sink, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a toilet, and plenty of storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a lockable bike shed in the courtyard of the apartment complex. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your residential complex.

The elevator takes you comfortably from the first floor all the way up to the top floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
