Recientes remodelados, pisos de madera con alfombras en el dormitorio. 2 dormitorios tienen camas queen size, una con dos camas individuales, cama-nido en el sofá en la guarida. Día de la cama con cama nido situado en el dormitorio de la planta baja, Portacrib disponible. Completamente equipada cocina con encimera de granito. Televisión por cable en cada habitación, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray en Den. Área de patio y zona de la parrilla debajo de la casa. Acceso directo a la playa con paseo privado y ducha. Plaza de aparcamiento para 2 coches. Océano cubierta lateral con los rockeros.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at the condo. It was right on the beach, which was perfect for our family with small children. The condo was clean and well maintained. The neighbors were lovely and the area was very quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.

GREAT TRIP AWAY

We really loved this rental in Surfside, SC. The neighborhood was quiet, the access to the beach was SUPER convenient, the condo was clean, the amenities were as described and perfect for our family of six. The FoodLion was practically within walking distance! If staying on the beach as long as possible in a quiet area is your idea of a vacation, this is the condo for you. We are already looking for dates on the off season and for next summer.

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at this property and it fit everyone so well! The owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. It is a great place to stay with children because of the proximity to the beach. We would stay here again :)

Great place to stay!

Our overall experience was really good! Very nice and clean place to stay! Direct access to the beach with a wonderful ocean view on the deck! Owners were very helpful and respond quickly with any questions we had! Would definitely recommend!

Literally on the beach!

This small unit condo was perfect for my two grandchildren ages 3 and 8. I would give it a 5 star but for the lack of a really useable dining space. We ate out so it did not impact us. The bedrooms are fine. The place was well stocked. The views spectacular. The best part is the location! Easy haul for breach gear from dedicated parking to the beach. I plan to rent this condo again soon.

Labor Day Weekend for Empty Nesters

Great place for 2 couples! Not sure you could fit 6 comfortably unless they are small children, as it's a small, tight space. Right on the beach, clean and ideally located. It's definitely not a "fancy" place, but great for a getaway to the beach. Easy check-in, good communication with the owner.

Steps from the sand

Cute condo, perfect for our family vacation. We could not have been closer to the ocean. Wonderful views of the beach, just steps from the condo. The owners were very prompt to answer any question we had. Very close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. We had a wonderful week and will return!

Hurricane weather

4 girlfriends on our annual beach trip. The weather was lousy, but we had a great time. The condo is right on the beach and has a balcony, so we enjoyed the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. It is within easy walking distance of a great restaurant on the beach. We used delivery a lot and it was quick and easy. Several great choices for local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location

We truly felt at home while staying at the Lighthouse for our vacation. The location of the unit couldn't have been more perfect. Walks away from a beach front restaurant along with a perfect spot on the beach- never overcrowded! The view from the deck and kitchen were perfect. Cleanliness was a priority for us and they did not disappoint. The owners were always helpful and attentive. We hope to make the Lighthouse a yearly tradition!

Wonderful vacation!

What a pleasant experience! I can't say enough about our week at the Lighthouse. The location of this unit is in a very nice and quiet location. Good parking, friendly neighbors, just perfect! My husband and I agreed that Surfside is our new favorite beach and the Lighthouse is the nicest and cleanest unit we've ever stayed in. Thank you Gerald and Nikki for opening up your second home for others to enjoy. We'll be back!

Wonderful Week

We very much enjoyed our week. We appreciated the promptness with our ant problem. The gentlemen was prompt and very curious. Our only complaint is we felt cleaning service could have done a better job. Would rent again.

Wonderful Beach house

Great stay. Great ocean view from back porch - mornings, afternoon & evenings. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. Quiet, very clean and up to date. Restaurants & grocery stores are convenient. Cooking with ocean view was really nice. Separate upstairs bedroom provided extra privacy. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars. Thanks for the wonderful stay. L & L

Hidden fee!

It was not disclosed until check out that there was a *$XX Insurance policy needed OR a *$XXXX hold on my credit card. After several weeks of looking at places I didn't want to start over so I paid for the Insurance. Very unhappy about that! Condo is okay. Ocean front is fabulous. Pots & pans need to be replaced because they are very old and peeling nonstick is not good to cook with. Clean but could use a deep cleaning. Owner was easy to communicate with and lock box access ment no waiting for someone to arrive to let us in. *Unable to state amounts per VRBO policy... :( Maybe time to look for a new site too!

We WILL be back!

This was our group's 2nd visit to this condo and we loved it just as much. The location is ideal, right on the beach. It is very close to great restaurants-Chimichanga Llama, River City Cafe, Bubba's, Conch Cafe... We will definitely go back!

Great Spot

Only a few steps from the beach, nice-welcoming neighbors, wide sugar sand beach with lots of shallow water, the property was just as described and very clean. The only thing I wish we didn’t have to bring was sheets for the bed but in the end not a big deal. The weather was perfect, not super hot and warm enough to swim. I would love to come back next fall and everyone in our party agrees. Excellent hosts.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful vacation! The property was just as described. Very spacious, clean, excellent location right on the beach. The hosts (The Graydons) are very nice and responded immediately to any of our questions. We had a problem with the wifi and they did not hesitate to have Spectrum come out to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Perfect place in the perfect location

Perfect place in the perfect location. And the best hostess ever! From the get go, she communicated well, answering lots of questions and making sure we had the best trip for my daughter’s birthday. The neighbors were friendly... only one couple was there the entire week. We will definitely be back!

This condo was a Christmas present from my husband. We have had many, many great times and made many new friends at Surfside Beach. we have long loved the family atmosphere and small town feel of this spot on the beach. Our Grandchildren are now learning to love the beach as much as we do. We now live in Spartanburg SC on a lake and find we do not get to the beach as often as we would like so we have decided to rent the weeks we can't come.

We have been coming to Surfside Beach since the late 60's. So when we decided to buy a beach place there was no question of where it would be. This property gave us the feel of a private beach house with the perks of a condo. We fell in love with it on first sight .

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view from the deck, the direct access from the porch, the intimate feel of a small condo building (only 4 units )and the wide sandy beaches were what drew us to this condo.
