Please limit the number of guests in the apartment to the number specified in your booking. Additional visitors require prior approval.
Eco-Friendly:
We place great importance on environmental protection. Please help us by sorting your trash and using the designated bins.
Punctuality Appreciated:
We kindly ask you to respect the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times. Please let us know in advance if you expect any delays.
Careful Departure:
Please vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM on your departure day and leave it in a tidy condition.
Open Communication:
If anything isn’t working properly or something breaks during your stay, please let us know. We fully understand that minor accidents can happen.
Safety First:
Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to ensure your safety and protect your belongings.

Security Deposit / Damage Protection
Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of the following options:
• Refundable security deposit: €149 (fully refundable after check-out if no damage occurs)
• Damage protection insurance: €18 (non-refundable)
