Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista al mar desde el piso 14.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Reina en el segundo dormitorio. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. TV y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. El balcón de 10 pies y medio tiene una mesa con 4 sillas. Las comodidades incluyen una piscina climatizada cubierta / al aire libre con baño de vapor, una piscina al aire libre, una bañera de hidromasaje y una sala de ejercicios con vista al mar. Hay parrillas de acero inoxidable en el pabellón de la piscina.

The condo was very clean, spacious , beautifully decorated and great views from the balcony. Plenty of elevators hardly any wait. Parking was easy. Beach was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful building and loved the close access to the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great Place To Stay!

We stayed here during the July 4th week. Great condo and location. Watched the beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the fireworks up and down the shoreline. Condo had everything our family needed and really enjoyed the quieter West end location. We plan to return again!

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This condo was amazing! Very clean, great beach decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and an awesome huge balcony with a great view of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy and the booking process was easy. The host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

2023 Florida Vacation

Enjoyed our 2022 vacation property so much with no issues, rebooked the same for 2023 with the same results. If we decide to go to that part of Florida for 2024 will highly consider booking the same again.

Beautiful View!

The condo is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous view. The balcony was amazing. I loved that there were two lounge chairs on the deck. This rental comes with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was great. We had a great time. Thank you!

Beautiful place!

The property is very well kept at all times! There is always parking and the elevators arent a long wait from higher floors. The condo was so beautiful and comfy.It fit all our needs and then some. The view each day was absolutely amazing from the balcony Definately one of the best condos I've been to! Helen was very responsive and helpful during the whole trip. I will definately be coming back.

Emerald Isle Condo

Easy access to Beautiful beach, very close to Pier Park and restaurants. Balcony at the condo is huge. A must is The old Florida Fish house. Very beautiful outdoors in evening and indoor seating. Excellent food and service. Live Music in the evening. Nice. Not blaring.

Absolute Paradise!!!!

We were hesitant to stay at Panama City because we usually rent condos in Destin and we were not sure how they would compare. Once we walked in we were blown away. Every single detail is thought out. I have complete OCD and this condo had me even impressed. We are already planning our next trip and hope that we are able to snag this exact condo again.

Spring Break

Absolutely loved this condo. Everything we needed was provided, and really appreciated the lounge chairs that were included. Keyless entry was the best, every condo owner should go this route! Maintenance and security for Emerald Isle were topnotch especially since we were looking for a quiet property for Spring Break. Loved the family atmosphere of the west end of PCB. Thank you Helen, for a wonderful week!

Amazing views

I just returned from one of the best vacations ever and I would not have been possible without Helen's help. She made the whole process so easy. The condo that she rented to us was super clean and had everything you could ask for. We felt like we were right at home as soon as we arrived. The property is the nicest one we have ever rented in PCB we will never stay anywhere else. The entire property was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Thanks again Helen for everything you did to make this our best vacation ever.

Perfect Escape

This condo is beautiful and the beach was as beautiful as i have ever seen! A perfect getaway! Owner made this so easy! Also, keyless entry was perfect! No keeping up with keys! I can't think of one area for improvement. Will most definitely rent this unit again! Thank you for the perfect escape! I did not want to leave!

Reviewer Comments: As I searched for the Welcome email in my way overcrowded I was excited to see that I had stayed at one of the other properties owned by Helen. So I knew I was in for a great stay. This unit was very nicely decorated in case you needed reminders you were at the coast, without being over the top with every coastal decoration that could be found. All the essentials were readily available and this end unit was perfect for being right next to the stairs in case of a fire alarm (which did happen but was a false alarm) and allowing you to glance at your vehicle across the street. We had one minor issue with our entry code and Helen had someone there to help us in minutes. She has a great support team onsite it seems.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is exceptional. Newly renovated and so very comfortable! It was so beautiful and the view is amazing! My family and I visit the gulf yearly and we have never seen the water as clear as it was during our stay! One day we were able to watch the dolphins jumping around from our beach chairs! It was so neat! We enjoyed the included beach chairs, used them every day! Very easy to communicate with Helen (owner). She already had answers to our questions before they were asked! Our only complaint is about the remotes. We have a toddler and she insists on watching her certain cartoon at bedtime. There are three remotes for each tv/DVD player and this can get pretty complicated and confusing. Probably not a big deal for most people, just crazy toddler parents! :) We are already thinking about our next vacation and if we decide to go to PCB, we plan on returning to Emerald Isle 1401 if possible!
