Impresionantes puestas de sol! Al pasear por la arena blanca de Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Tome un paseo por la mañana en la playa como ves los delfines juegan justo por delante de usted en el Golfo de México. Detener y recoger algunas conchas que el mar ha dejado sólo para ti. Después de su paseo por la mañana a pie de Santini Plaza para el desayuno, el almuerzo o incluso una cena en uno de los muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Esta Plaza está ubicado a sólo una cuadra de la puerta de su casa. Esta muy bien decorado y actualizado 2B / 2B Condo está situado en el extremo sur de la playa. Con fácil acceso desde el sur a sólo 15 millas de la I-75 y una hermosa entrada al norte de Fort Myers. Nuestros carros corren todo el día arriba y abajo de nuestras hermosas siete millas de playa dentro de la isla. Usted puede tomar el tranvía hacia el norte de la Plaza de Summerlin y luego de un corto paseo en autobús (# 50) a Tanger Outlet. Incluso puedes coger el autobús (# 50) directamente desde el aeropuerto hasta la plaza Summerlin y luego coger el tranvía en dirección sur a su apartamento de vacaciones tranquilo. Ningún coche necesaria en este destino de vacaciones. Todo está dentro de caminar, andar en bicicleta o tranvía paseos para un montón de diversión y unas tranquilas vacaciones.

Great location, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to Santini Plaza. Unit was clean, neat and had everything needed for a stay at the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Fort Myers Beach

Considering all the construction going on as a result of Hurricane Ian, the overall stay was very good. My suggestion would be too update the exterior photos so they reflect post storm conditions

Great location for a family trip

The place was clean and had a great lay out. The complex was also clean, and the pools were warm and clean. The location on the south side of the island was perfect. We had a great time at the beach finding shells. Candy's place had everything we needed to make getting around easy. When we arrived, we couldnt find the travel crib. After messaging Candy, he showed up with a travel crib. We had a great time and my kids are already asking to go back.

Beach Condo in Paradise

The location is perfect! Only a few minutes to walk to the beach! The condo had everything that you would want. Hosts were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed going to the beach for walks, shelling, and sunsets. All of the sunshine and beach time was refreshing!

Great condo/location!

Spent a wonderful month here. Loved being so close to the beach--literally a 2 min. walk across the street and a block away from a CVS and restaurants at Santini plaza. (The Fish House is a "Must"). Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Candy (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend staying here!

Bac Bay Condo

We have stayed at Bac Bay on several occasions. This unit is clean, comfortable and close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The manager was very accessible and responded immediately when we had a television problem. I highly recommend this condo for a great time at Ft. Myers Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Condo clean, comfortable and equipped with helpful items. Closets great size! Location ideal. Neighbors sweet and kind and welcoming. Pool nice as well. Appreciated the Owner working with us.

Great experience and wonderful stay

We brought our granddaughter to Fort Myers for her first beach experience and had a great week in the condo. Everything we needed for her was provided - pack and play, infant chair, baby toys, beach wagon, etc. The pool area is great and everyone was very friendly. The beach is right across the street and very accessible. The condo has everything you need for a very relaxing vacation. Candy was amazing with all the help and communications - he is a great renter.

Great time at Candy's condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candy's condo. The condo is well stocked and has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool area is great and all the neighbors we met were really friendly and helpful. The beach is right across the street and easily accessible. The sand is amazing powder white coral and very soft. For cooking, I especially appreciated the community grill area with 2 large sized gas grills just steps away from the condo. I grilled a few meals there during our stay. While some of the other condo complexes are still rebuilding from the hurricanes, this complex is fully rebuilt and beautiful. Candy is a great guy and was amazing with all the communications and help. He is a great renter, and I look forward to renting from him again. - Mike M

Awesome

We planned our vacation quite last second this year. We were struggling finding something that fit all our needs. That's when we came across Bac Bay. This condo has everything- AND MORE that you need. There's sand toys, beach chairs, and plenty of room for everyone. This place was perfect. Short walk to the two pools and the beach. And our host, Candy, made this stay even easier with his fast replies and advice. Loved this place so much. Would definitely recommend.

Very Pleased With The Property

When we made a last minute decision to visit the Ft Myers area, our challenge was to sort through an abundance of VRBO offerings in the area. My wife did her usual exhaustive research and we choose a property to rent. The pick was based on location and price. Once our choice was made the booking process was straight forward and easy. The Owner was very helpful and we felt as if we were being given personal attention. We found the rental to be very clean and well maintained. It was definitely in a good location and a good bargain. We had one small appliance issue which the Owner took care of promptly and personally. We enjoyed our stay and we were happy to have an Owner that takes care of his guests.

Exactly what we needed

Clean, comfortable- second floor stairs only. We were there for a baseball tournament, hoping for a little beach time. Two pools- one was being renovated but the other had just been so had we had time, it would have been perfect. Chairs, umbrella, cart convenient for the walk to the beach. There were even a few toys for the boys if they wanted to take them over. My dad has trouble walking lately so the stairs and the walk to the beach was too much for him. Thank goodness my son was there to help! Overall, perfectly furnished and exactly what is described. It was very easily accessed and the owner was easy to reach with any questions, and very kind! The only thing missing was a good view from balcony... the yard area below was well kept and beautiful, but sitting on porch we saw only the road and the top of the building next door. Due to rainy weather we weren't there much to enjoy the outdoor table on balcony anyway. This was a nice, quiet, well kept, uptodate, place and I would recommend it to everyone.

Great place to stay!

The condo had everything you need. It had chairs, dishes, cart for the beach, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and all the little things you need. Candy was so great and great communication! We will be back!

Fort Myers Beach Getaway

This was a last minute beach getaway for us. The property was as described-our walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the screened back porch, and the location allowed us to walk to restaurants.

A vacation to remember.

We had a very nice visit. The condo was very clean and had so many things that we could use. Great to have a washing machine and dryer in the condo. I can't even tell you all the great things that were there like napkins, paper towels, hand soap, water, coffee filters and on and on. Great place and great people to deal with.

Great condo

Great location just across from the beach and walkable to Santini Plaza. Condo was clean and had everything you need including wonderful beach chairs and cart to take to the beach. Owner was very nice to deal with. One minor problem the air conditioner in master bedroom didn't get the room cool enough. Again it was a great stay. PS very safe location and loved that it was a not a high rise.

Great location for us.

This was a very nice location for us with walking distance to many services and activities. A fairly quite environment without a lot of the noise and night life found at the north end of FMB was what we had in mind and found with this stay. The owner was very gracious and informative and the unit was as described.

Great Condo and location !

Just spent a week at this condo with friends for a 4th year. Love this location it is across the street from the beach with the Wyandam Hotel Tiki bar ready to serve you a drink looking out on the water! Santini plaza a short walk away to enjoy shopping and 3 different resturants. We drove our rental down to the pier area and beached it for the days (great local happy hours down at the beach from 4-7 daily, but the great thing was if the guys needed the car the local trolly ran all day long from the bridge to Lover's Key. The condo provides everyting you would need and is very confortable. Candy (the owner) was great! spoke with him via email and cell before our trip. I would recommend staying here and will be back again next year. FYI found ourselves a great resturant with a beautiful setting, Flippers resturant is just over Lovers Key we went twice once by car and another day by boat that we rented to view the back bay, food was wonderful and great frozen drinks.

After many years of vacationing in this area my wife and I decided to buy and make our condo a home away from home. We decided that our beds at home and on vacation were important to us and so we did just that. We wanted to feel as if we had just left our everyday life at home but still be comfortable at night. During the day relax on the lanai or out at the beautiful white sands of Fort Myers Beach. At night just dress up casually and go across the street to the Happy Hour and enjoy yourselves.

PEACEFULL is the word that comes to mind and if you need anything else it is only a skip and a hop away. From shopping to boating all you need is within walking distance. Two HEATED pools and sun decks to choose from and tennis courts within the complex.
