Apartment house Villa Sanssouci WE 2: 2-room apartment close to the beach with roof terrace

This friendly 2-room apartment (approx. 62 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor / top floor (no elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. Mediterranean-style tiles cover the floors throughout the apartment.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny rooftop terrace, which is approximately 17 m² in size. Here, you can sit back and relax while enjoying a sweeping view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn; you can soak up the sun to your heart’s content or, in the evening, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet. Several spacious built-in closets are installed in the sloped ceiling area to provide additional storage space for your outerwear and luggage.

The additional comfortable sleeping arrangements for a third or fourth is provided by the additional sleeper sofa in the bedroom and the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

The bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a towel heater, and ample storage space.

If you need to do laundry for your vacation wardrobe, there is a public laundromat at Dünenstraße 9, within easy walking distance of your vacation rental.

You can park your car for free in the parking space assigned to your apartment, located directly to the right of the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At several cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or treat yourself in the evening to flavorful dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
