Destin Towers está en el corazón del tranquilo pueblo de pescadores que llamamos Destin. El edificio está alejado del ajetreo y el bullicio, por lo que es tranquilo y relajante. Esta unidad está ubicada en el piso 10 y tiene vistas espectaculares, ya que puede disfrutar de los amaneceres con un café recién hecho y puestas de sol con su bebida favorita para adultos. Nuestros condominios están completamente amueblados, solo traiga su toalla de playa y protector solar. Este complejo privado ofrece una piscina frente al golfo y una bañera de hidromasaje. Cama King en el Master y Queen en el otro dormitorio. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

My husband and I enjoyed the view. We also love that it wasn't real busy. Location is unbelievably. Great! Everything you need just a straight away.

Great View!

Chilly weather but the view from this property was spectacular! We enjoyed the location for our first visit to Destin. Everyone was friendly and the maintenance staff did a great job with keeping the pool area clean. The condo decor was outdated but we still enjoyed our stay.

I didn’t like the beach chair situation, we weren’t even allowed to have our chairs and tent at the beach water…we had to be behind reserved chairs….the pull out couch was terrible, mattress was thin and springs almost popped out…no comforter or blankets for it….i paid way too much for the discomfort of the beds…location and accces was great! I also like that it was more quite and less crowded than the condos around us…

Beautiful location..

While the location is perfect..this condo is run down. Paint peeling from bathroom door, mold in master bath, warped kitchen pans. Needs tlc to keep it nice. Battery needs to be replaced in kitchen clock, coffee maker lid needs to be fixed.

Great beach location, but minor details

Good stay and great location to beach. Easy booking process. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Biggest concern was the smoke alarms not being fully attached to the walls. Hanging by the wires. Smoke alarm next to kitchen was missing the battery all together. Overall great stay, would rent from company again. Just some minor safety concerns that could be addressed.

Relaxing, Beautiful Condo

Beautiful Condo, mattresses could use an update. Wish you left items like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent what was left behind by renters like us who flew and had to leave it. We also bought 2 beach chairs that we left behind. We couldn't find any in the condo. I know not all people are honest but not all people are like that. We have stayed at some that left items like that in the condo for others to use.

Exactly as advertised.

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends that just finished their first year of college for a celebratory beach trip. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The view was perfect from both inside and from the balcony. Exactly what we were looking for. Great property in a great location....Close to restaurants, stores and attractions. The only ding I can give them is that the refrigerator took forever to cool down. They must have had it off before we showed up. I realize you can't fill up a refrigerator with room temperature items and expect it to cool them quickly. I took items from a cooler packed with ice and put them in the refrigerator. They actually warmed up in the refrigerator to room temp, then finally began to cool back about 6 hours later. I actually threw away ground beef and other perishables and bought more there for fear it had stayed warm too long. Minor setback for a great property.

We enjoyed our stay, definitely coming back.

If you want to LOVE your next vacation, this is the place to be. The maintenance are super helpful and responsive. The apartment is gorgeous inside and out. Nice view to the beach. The community is centrally located in Destin with instant access to Highway 98. Emerald Coast is the place to visit to enjoy your vacation!

The unit was dirty. Building under construction.

Condo was dirty. Mold growing in patio doors. Couch broken. Parking garage closed. Building under construction. Random people on our 10th floor balcony painting. Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Will not stay at Destin Towers again.

Not near as updated as other condos there. Was disappointed in living room furniture as the couch seemed broke. Very few dishes to work with. Again, just needs a face lift. We love Destin Towers, but will not book Condo 102 again.

Condo was not worth what we paid.

Condo was outdated, tables on balcony were rusted, rooms were outdated, furniture was not very nice, dishwasher wasn't connected correctly so you had to hold on to the racks while loading. Laundry room didn't look like it was sweeped out or mopped in months. Sand toys still had wet sand in the bottoms. Shower curtain had mold on it. Very disappointed in the condo we had this trip. We paid over $3000 and have stayed there and other places in our past vacation, this Condo by far was the worse. Nothing inviting when you walk in, no Florida vibe other than the view. Sad to say we won't be staying there again.

I printed off what was sent to me in my email about our condo. On the print off, there was no address listed or no name of the condo. It took me a good hour once we got to destin to figure out where it was we were staying. It was on a Sunday, so the office was closed. I called the number that was on the form for after hours and nobody would answer. I ended up getting back on VROB and searching for the condo and found the name of it that way. Once we got to the condo thankfully somebody was leaving when we were going in so we could go through the gate. We had no code or anything. When I got to the door to try to see if I could find somebody to help me figure out where we were staying. Nobody was there to help and again someone just so happen to be coming out and I asked her for help. She said she had the exact same troubles I had. To avoid all of this, especially for the people who are checking in after hours, the name of the place and address should be listed on what’s sent out in the email along with the code to get into the entrance. It was good location, and the condo was overall nice, but the check in process was a nightmare. All of that could’ve been avoided had I had an address and we could have shaved about an hour of our time off.

Wonderful

The condo was just right. Clean, convenient to everything. It was amazing to sit on the balcony early in the morning with my Bible and coffee and soak in the beauty of God’s creation. The condo was quiet and peaceful even though there were lots of people at the pool and beach area. Walks on the beach were magnificent. The water became clearer each day. We will be back.

Expensive stay for not a great room

The a/c unit was not working great. The light switches were in the oddest places, no wifi (we found out on the last day that it actually was) The bed and couch had a smushed area in the cushions. Husband's back is sore from it. Other than the people next to us blasting their music on their deck, it was a nice stay. But we wouldnt stay in this unit again

Good Condo.

I love the Destin Towers condos. The property is small and quaint. This unit needs some quick fixes and it would be great and the cost to the owners would be small. The bedding in the master needs to be replaced. The linens are scratchy and cheap along with the yellow gross blanket they have in the closet next to broken hangers- only six for the whole unit. No dish soap and no coffee filters was frustrating. The master and guest rug was outdated, and a HUGE slip hazard. IF the owners replace both with the quality they have in the living room, that would be awesome. The chairs on the patio are falling apart and rust falls out of the bottom. The Master bedroom has a broken seal on the big door so you cannot see out for your ocean view. The mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling is everywhere and needs to be addressed by the owners for the sake of upkeep and cleanliness. The washer and dryer worked great. The appliances could use some updating. The pots and pans are in need of replacing- teflon scratched and they are not in good condition. I appreciated the pretty wine glasses and the coffee mugs. The master bed needs to be replaced. It is old and the frame is very creaky. If you choose to stay here, the colors are a soft yellow and the layout of the condo is nice with a great view of the ocean. I am leaving these details in the review for the owners to make updates that can really improve their investment. We had a good time, however we will not be staying at this condo again.

Loved the location, property manager was always quick to respond when I had questions. This unit in particular is in need of some TLC, there was visible mildew/mold in the bathroom, which maybe property Mgr unaware but I would want to know. Otherwise location and view was great!!

Summer vacay 2019

The property location was perfect so absolutely no complaints from that standpoint. The condo really needs to be updated. The mattress in the master bdrm was not comfortable as one side was sunken in pretty bad; most nights were spent on the couch for one of us. There was a hole in the sheetrock above the tv, molding in master bath in shower, and the unit itself was not cleaned properly....cigarette butts were left on the balcony, I had to sweep off balcony from the rusted chairs/tables, diaper left in trash can. I've stayed in DT one other time so I figured all the condos would be comparable.

The shower is very dangerous it’s all ceramic tiles including steps into shower my husband came out of shower fell on the steps with wet feet steps need some protection on them so people don’t fall very dangerous he broke a rib .
