The combined living and dining area is furnished to a high standard and invites you to spend relaxing evenings on the sofa watching a good movie. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you can whip up your vacation meals in the evening. All necessary kitchen appliances are provided, such as an oven at a comfortable working height, an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. As a special feature, in addition to a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine is also available. The separate bedroom awaits you with a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200 cm, full-length topper). You can access the covered south-facing balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. Enjoy your getaway with a sea view while breathing in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

An outdoor parking space (dimensions: approx. 3.5 m x 5 m) is reserved for you. A washing machine is available for your personal use. Guests may also use the spacious communal garden, which includes a sandbox playground.

The downtown area of Neustadt in Holstein is only about 4 km from Pelzerhaken. Here, you can still buy fresh fish straight from the fishing boat at the picturesque harbor. The historic old town features small boutiques, charming cafés, and a large weekly market.
