You’ll be welcomed by a spacious, newly built 5-room semi-detached home with approximately 109 m² of living space, offering plenty of room for up to 6 people.

The house welcomes you with a uniquely tailored blend of maritime flair and African design. The high-quality, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area invites you to cook together, relax, or enjoy cozy get-togethers. From here, you have access to the furnished patio with a beach chair and a private, south-facing garden. The first floor also features a bedroom with a single bed (90x200 cm), a closet, and seating—particularly suitable for seniors, as a bathroom with a walk-in, open shower is located directly across the hall. The upper floor has 3 additional bedrooms. Two of them are each furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), and one with a single bed (90x200 cm). All bedrooms include a TV and ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. This floor also features a spacious, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower in an attractive design.

An outdoor parking space (dimensions: approx. 2.75 m x 5 m) is reserved for you. Wi-Fi is included. Bicycles and e-bikes you bring with you can be stored and charged in the lockable garden shed. A handcart is also available here for free use.
