Comedor está abierto a la sala de estar con techo, puertas corredizas de vidrio que van a la terraza, y tiene una barra que separa la cocina, de la cocina y el bar tienen encimeras de granito, horno de microondas, refrigerador grande, lavavajillas, triturador de basura, estufa eléctrica vidrio, cocina equipada con ollas y sartenes y platos listos para su cocina, sala cuenta con lavadora y secadora en el armario, dormitorio principal ha celing ventilador, cama queen size, televisión de pantalla plana, baño principal tiene dos lavabos, bañera con ducha, y un armario. Cuarto de invitados con cama doble, ventilador de techo, televisión de pantalla plana y su propio cuarto de baño, Esta unidad también tiene Direct TV, y las sábanas están amuebladas. Sin mascotas.

This property was clean beautiful and quiet… a home away from home Everything you need is truly there for you! Easy and quick access to grocery stores and restaurants! Quiet neighborhood; clean condo; pool was easily accessible

Great off the beach location, but convenient to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. We would stay again; price was practical but accommodations were nice.

Great stay

We loved staying at this condo! We overlooked the pool, which thd kids loved, and it was a great place to sit on the patio and relax! The pool was well taken care of and everyone was so nice!

The condo was nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The condo is in a good location, close to stores, restaurants and the beach was about a mile away. we would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

We absolutely LOVED our time here!! It was comfortable and so nice to have a place to call home while we were vacationing in Gulf Shores from WI. The kids loved having their own bedroom and bathroom and they also loved the pool.

Location and Condo were amazing!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean and close to the beach. We definitely recommend staying here. It is close to night life, fun activities, and amazing food. The kids loved the pool which was also clean and they were flexible with pool hours. If we go to Gulf Shores again we will definitely look to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay

Overall very well place to stay, 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Cleanliness was a 8/10 roughly, couple things in rooms were still “dirty” just not cleaned very well as could be. Well equipped kitchen & laundry room with spacious room for 4 people. Would stay here again

Always a pleasure

It's always a pleasure to stay at any of Gene and Connie's properties. Always clean, always secure, and always easy in terms of checking in/out and the overall stay. Just need to get rid of that Alabama bathroom decor in favor of some UK gear!

Wonderful

The condo was perfect for my parents, my kids and I. This was my mom’s first time ever seeing the ocean and us celebrating her and my dads 36th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the pool and all Gulf Shores had to offer. Thank you Connie for renting your home to us!

Excellent Condo

Great condo! Beds were very comfortable and loved being across the street from the grocery store! Pool was absolutely wonderful - well kept and clean! Excellent communication and pricing from owners! Only thing I would say is the master bathroom had some issues - but I fixed it with my my OSU beach towels - lol!!! All in all great stay and would def stay again!

Nice decor and very clean

Our vacation was perfect! We enjoyed the condo so much. It was close to the beach, but far enough away to enjoy our peaceful evenings. The complex has a very nice pool that my children and I enjoyed. Connie was very informative and a pleasure to deal with and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. We will definitely book again next summer.

A nice relaxing break from the average hotel room or campgrounds. We rarely cooked but the options were there! Laundry! Pool! Close to restaurants and stores! Large enough to apartments 4 adults felt comfortable each having own space. Large master bath

Such a wonderful place!

I completely recommend this condo. From the responsiveness of the owners to the southern hospitality extended by them, it was great! The location is perfect. It was easily accessible to everything while still maintaining the quiet, residential feel. Beds were comfy, amenities were plentiful, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. We felt safe the entire time and truly enjoyed our stay. It was absolutely our home away from home during our trip. We could have not been more pleased or had a more enjoyable experience. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you!

Lovely Hidden Gem

You will not be disappointed! From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The condo's ambiance is cozy and relaxing. We had everything we needed and completely felt as if we were at home. Our week flew by and we did not want to leave. We absolutely enjoyed using the pool. It was always clean, refreshing and inviting. John and team do a phenomenal job keeping the property very well kept and were very polite. Gene and Connie were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. We can't believe we got so lucky with this hidden gem. Gulf Shores is a very busy area, but you wouldn't even realize it because you're tucked one street away from it all. Everything was within 5-10 minutes away. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay. We loved our vacation and as a family, have decided to make this our yearly vacation spot. THANK YOU for sharing your home with us! We will definitely be back.

Came for softball nationals

The property is nice, pool is clean and maintained. The unit was kind of dirty though. Long hairs in the dryer, layers of dust on the fans, I could write my name in the dust on the dresser and the window sill was full of dead bugs. The host communicated well except he would not tell me how to access the property. He avoided the question at all costs and after check in time I had to ask again. I was 13 hours from home and terrified we would not be able to get in. Every other unit I have rented the host told us when and how we would receive our access instructions. These people left us hanging…I would go back to that property but not that particular unit. Def needs a new cleaning person.
