Will Be Back!

We absolutely loved this place! It was the perfect spot with kids as we could easily go from beach to pool. The condo is beautiful! The only hiccup we had was the code for the check in box did not work - thankfully someone was still at the office even though it was after 5.

It’s a down grade condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The paint on the walls was coming off. No locks on the master bedroom door for privacy, or the bathrooms. The couch felt like it was falling apart. The washer was not working and didn’t know that until Saturday and was leaving Sunday so didn’t worry about it.

Beach Vacay

The condo and location were great. We enjoyed the inside and you couldn’t get a better location right on the beach. The location we thought was where our place was in Myrtle Beach but we found the management company was in N Myrtle and only a couple miles from the condo. The instructions were confusing but once we figured it out, the rest of the stay was great

The condo was perfect, the decorations were beautiful. The view was outstanding! Issues with checking in at the resort, we were given the wrong code to the parking garage and its not listed on the paperwork which tower to go to. Resort as a convenient location, pools are nice. Great area for kids!

Our beach get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the resort to be very nice, well maintained.There was a issue with one of the elevators but they had someone working on it. The restaurants in the resort had great food. The views were the best from our room!

Disappointed

We were very disappointed to learn the ac was out before the first full day we were there. The repairman came over after our complaint and told us the unit was low in Freon so he called a HVAC repairman in who told us the unit was not working and needed to be replaced. I called the office and asked what were our options. We were shown other units and chose one. We missed an entire day of our vacation dealing with the ac problem that should’ve been explained to us prior to arrival.

Quality Time with Family!

The condo was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous views and the comfy rooms. The property management team was awesome in addressing an issue with me being locked out. They arrived in 10 minutes flat!!! The changed the battery on the lock and were completely professional and courteous!

Oceanfront Crescent Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was in a good location. It was clean and comfortable. The condo itself was in a perfect third floor corner location. Dollar tree was not far away for a few supplies. Having a bar and restaurant on location is a plus. We went off season so having the pool still open and heated was also nice. The pools and hot tubs could use a face lift but very much doable. We were told that coolers were not welcomed at pool, but bar and restaurants did not open till four so I wondered why they wouldn’t be allowed until four but a rule is a rule. Overall I would recommend this condo and stay again.

Family vacation

Very nice unit and resort. Floors need a good mopping but other than that we were very happy and enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pools! Would stay here again.

An Awesome Vacation Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had an awesome 7-day vacation at Bay Watch Resort. We had a few things that were not up to par, but these were resolved quickly. The TV remote had dead batteries which were replaced with new ones. There was sand on the floors when we arrived as well as I found several long dark hairs in the master bathroom tub and sink. There was a spoon coated with old scrambled eggs in the clean utensils drawer—I scrubbed this clean. There wasn’t any type of dish for baking so we bought one. But the unit itself was wonderful. It is in a convenient location. The unit has a glorious balcony view of the ocean and beach. The way from the unit to the beach is only a few steps away with no stairs to contend with. Everyone was very nice and friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking even though we were only on the third floor. We overlooked 2 hot tubs but the pool closed at 11:00 pm so the noise was not an issue. I will come back again and I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for our awesome vacation!

Toes in the sand.

Resort was clean and lots for everyone to do. It was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The resort even had a good restaurant.

The room and view were very nice. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. The 2nd bedroom was really small and had very little storage space. The bed frame on one bed was broken but they fixed it on the 3rd day. The 2nd bedroom does have a balcony with a partial view of the ocean. Having a washer and dryer in the room is really nice; however, the washer worked about 1/2 of the time and the dryer takes 3 90-minute cycles to get anything dry. Everything else about the room was really nice. As for the property, we loved that it was oceanfront. The beach area was pristine. The pools (and there were a lot of them) were nice, but they were a little dirty. We did stay at this property 2 years ago and the activities were very different. Before the activities were very organized and even had prizes for cornhole, the duck race, and bingo. This time, the workers seemed clueless. For example, I bought a duck for the duck race and then came to find out the duck race was an hour earlier. Luckily they eventually gave me my money back. Bingo and cornhole were set up but you can play at your leisure with your family. I will say the shows, like Funkasaurus and the Tropical Show was amazing. The workers for that were amazing. The night that the band played there was a storm coming in so they only sang for an hour. I wish they would have come back on a different night because they were really good. Also wish they had a band or dj more than 1 night. Very good property!

Short vacation at Myrtle Beach

Great getaway!

Loved being on the 3rd floor. Using the beach access right beside us made it super easy to get to the beach with our beach wagon. No steps!!!! Room was nice and clean . Got a little noisy with the hot tubs right under us at night. But it was Spring Break, Free entertainment🤣 I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t really comment on how it was stocked..

The access code to the north tower did not work the first night after 7:30 pm, but we were lucky for a another guest arrive at the same time to let us in the door.I called North Beach Realty the next day with a positive result.The indoor pools and lazy river could use a little TLC to update, maybe fresh paint would do.
