Just what I needed--a very fairly priced, clean and recently updated condo with direct beach access and lots of creature comforts. Bed was comfy, balcony was lovely, and kitchen was well outfitted. The resort itself was very nice; not elegant or flashy, but pleasant with nice swimming pools, restaurant, and staff. I'd stay again; in fact, I plan to!

The view is what matters and the proximity to the beach. Tons of amenities, apartment is spacious and accommodating, even for a family of four adults. Marien is wonderful, kept in touch and made sure everything was good. Always recommending this place to friends

Fantastic host, outstanding communication, wonderful unit right on the beach. Perfect! This is near the south end of the hotel zone, so much less congested than the north end. Walkabout to a couple of restaurants, and an easy drive to a good grocery store. A small convenience store is on site, along with washer and dryer facilities.

Great Property for Rest & Relaxation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cancun Plaza!!! The property is great, the pool is awesome & the food at the onsite restaurant was really good too!! I highly recommend staying here for rest & relaxation!!

Great hospitality

Stayed here 5 nights in January 2018. Location is amazing, beach and water are beautiful and the hospitality extended to us by the owner and her team was top-notch! Definitely planning to return!

Beautiful

This was a great stay no complaints other than a pipe drips on the patio from top overhang ( a few floors up) from time to time. Host was great plenty of info before check in. Stayed for one week everyday was sunny and warm

Thank you for your kind words. I have complained about the drip from above for a long time and always promised by that owner that it will be fixed. It’s only a problem after a hard rain as you found. Thankfully, not an issue most days and more annoying than a severe issue. I’m looking into an umbrella that is sturdy enough for the wind.

Wonderful!

We had such a great stay last week! The view from the balcony is amazing, literally right on the beach. The pool was great too! Carmen was great to work with, very helpful. We will definitely be back!

I loved it!!

The views were great and we were so close to the water. It was the perfect place for us to stay, the beach was not crowded and the Bus was so easy to use to get around. The information provided to us prior to our stay was extremely helpful!! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful quiet location!

The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos. Marien was very helpful and her information booklet pretty much dummy proofed the experience for us. We would definitely go back!

Highly recommend

This property was exactly described. The owners went above & beyond in not only creating a wonderfully useful guidebook, they also made sure it has everything a guest could possibly need. The room was comfortable and clean. We have zero negative things to say & should we come back to Cancun, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing from start to finish!

This was a last minute spring break getaway and it did not disappoint. The view is ocean front and was breathtaking. Marien was extremely responsive and helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. She anticipated our needs and provided recommendations to everything from restaurants, excursions, transportation, and more. Her place was clean, equipped with all of the essentials of home, and out of downtown so it was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing but close enough to enjoy the nightlife if we wanted. Thank you so much Marien we can’t wait for our next visit.

Best view of Cancun!

This was our 1st time and really wanted to stay in a quiet location and it was just that. Entire property was very welcoming and friendly. I will say that if your looking for fancy THIS IS NOT IT, seems more like home away from home then resort life so as long as that is what your looking for you will love this little gem. The owner thought of everything you could need and paid attention to details. We would send our friends! )
