The property was well maintained and stocked with all the necessities we could think of. Most things were easy to figure out, and if any issues did arise the property manager was avaliable to help.

Lovely stay in a beautiful development

Our rental was spacious and immaculate. Edna made checking in a snap. The pools at this building are particularly beautiful and we had them mostly to ourselves in early May.

Very nice property and penthouse. Very safe a secure.

For us the only down fall is the location. We found it far from the beach. It’s a good 15-20 min walk and we found it difficult carrying beach bag and toys.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write us a review. Guests that stays for 14 days have the chance to apply for social membership which will give them the chance to be a member of the beach club and get access through Playa Royale which is not as far to walk compared to the public beach access.Guests Can also use the free shuttle that comes every 30 mins. If you do not want to walk to the beach club.

Beautiful condo, fabulous pools

I stayed at this condo for 4 weeks with 3 friends and found it to be spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The interior is exactly as pictured on VRBO. We never had to use the air conditioning as the breezes coming in from the three patios kept it cool. The kitchen was more than adequate, although it could use a sharp knife. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortble but some of the bed linens are stained and due for a refresh. Same with the towels. The upstairs patio is huge, maybe 400 sq feet or more. It's a great spot to relax in the sun or view the stars at night. The Taheima complex has the two best pools I have seen in the area. I love to swim laps and both infinity pools are larger than 50m and are always clean. Marlou, the condo owner, was very supportive and responded quickly to the few minor issues I had during my stay. I should also mention the weekly dinner put on by Manny and Fernando at the bar. They were a fun way to mingle, dine, and dance. My only complaints are not about the condo itself but certainly affected my rating. There is a horrible stench from the sewage treatment plant down the road that seemed to permeate the air every evening for about two hours, so much so that we had to close all windows until it passed. I know Marlou sent an email to the municiplity to complain as soon as I mentioned it but nothing had changed before I left. I know this isn't within the owner's control but it definitely had an impact on the experience. My second complaint is that the beautiful pool area has very few decent lounge chairs to sit in. At one point I counted 27 chairs in total of which 13 were broken. There were never enough chairs for the number of people wanting to enjoy the pool. Again, I doubt this is within the owner's control to resolve but it was a concern for renters.

I bought some new linens and towels to replace all the stained ones. We will fix all the things that needed done this June when I get there.

This condo is wonderful! Well maintained and plenty of room for our family.

There is a walk to the beach but not far, the pools at the place are wonderful but not enough chairs. Manual who tends the bar makes everyone feel welcome and he does a great job on the Tuesday happy hour and Thursday dinners!

Very well maintained, and clean penthouse.

We were only a family of 4, but this penthouse is certainly spacious enough for a much larger family or group. We found it to be exactly as promoted: clean, tidy, and quiet. Internet wifi was somewhat slow, but also available in the pool area. This penthouse is close enough to walk to the beach and to Paradise Village Mall. The manager Mayra, was very efficient looking after any needs, accommodating us in our check-in and check-out times, exactly as arranged. We would certainly consider booking this penthouse in the future!

A Wonderful Stay at Taheima

Our group of six travellers (4 adults & 2 children) had a fantastic vacation at this condo. It was spacious, clean, and very peaceful. The complex has two amazing pools and is walking distance to the first class Sports Centre which has even more incredible amenities that we enjoyed for a very low additional cost. The property manager and owner were both available to answer any questions we had (via email) both before and after our arrival. The mid-stay cleaning service was very thorough and much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property.

BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS, PEACEFUL, CLEAN

This condo is outstanding. Beautiful, spacious, peaceful, clean, very well maintained. Air conditioning works very well, the kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms are independent with separate bathrooms. Furniture is first class, the condo is decorated with very good taste. Everything is functional, including washing and drying machines. Matresses are in very good condition. The Taheima complex is gorgeous, with 2 large and beautiful pools, both surrounded by vegetation, plenty of birds at dawn and sunset. Security is enhanced, with controlled access for pedestrians on the main gate and for cars into the parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property is beautiful! Very nicely decorated, very clean and well-maintained.

Our condo was very spacious and worked well for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and loved having filtered water at our disposal. The rest of the Taheima property was stunning - beautiful pools and a great bar area for drinks and snacks with an awesome bartender. The entire El Tigre property was peaceful, relaxing and fun.

We loved this place it has everything you need. We had friends and family join us for a couple weeks and never felt crowded. The deck on the 3rd floor is huge and we enjoyed it everyday. The beach is 15 minute walk but nice. The gym was is great and about 10 minute walk. The pools at this place are great never crowded and very cool.

Big, beautiful and peaceful

Huge condo with everything you need. Very safe. The pool area is very quite and serene. Manuel at the bar is your concierge. Walk to the beach, spa , golf and town or take a very inexpensive cab ride to restaurants. Taxis arrive in two minutes or less. Can't wait to go back!

Very nice condo!!

We stayed in this condo for holly week and it was a great choice because it was so spacious with two floors and a room and bathroom for everyone of my big family, it is equiped with evrything you need, so it feels like home, the swimming pool it is so nice and big, but also you can get the membership to go to the beachclub wich we enjoyed a lot. Marlou was really helpfull with everithing and also Mayra thanks to both of you for everything. We look forward to comeback again!!

I would highly recommend a vacation in this place. The views are spectacular, the community is 5 star resort living, with golf course views, the pools are the biggest and freshest water I have ever swam in, the condo is very clean, and airy, and very spacious. All the comforts of being home; It is in a gated community, with golf course amenities, 2 beach clubs, world class gyms, and 3 awesome spas, with all the sports, from tennis to basketball... Transportation is free to restaurants, mall, and to the near by beach, or you can walk in a matter of minutes.

Relaxation week

I stayed here for one week in the high season. The condo was 2 floors and extremely spacious. The views were beautiful and the whole place was QUIET. The beach took me 5 minutes to walk to through Paradise village and the whole place is gated so I felt very safe just walking to the Starbucks in the mornings. The kitchen I didn't use often as there were many restaurants nearby but it was fully stocked with appliances/ pots and pans for when I did cook. The beds were VERY comfy and the place is very clean, no bugs, and great air conditioning. I mostly stayed by the pool which was just downstairs and it was never crowded. All in all a very relaxing vacation

We are Canadians currently living in Mapleridge B.C. When we went to Puerto Vallarta for the first time in Mexico we feel in love with the place, people and the warm weather,so we decided that we are going to spend our retirement in that beautiful part of the world.

It is a very nice location and we feel safe because it is sorrounded with electric fence and it is gated. We could walk to market, beach,banks,medical facilities,shopping in a matter of minutes. Bus stops are nearby and it is very convenient to travel in the neighbouring towns.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our backyard is the El Tigre golf course and it is well maintained view is so beautiful from our terraces.Sierra Madre mountains surrounds us on one side and you can see the beach view and the neighbouring giant hotels on the other side.It is beautiful lights at night. We can feel the see breeze when we open the windows and doors and we love it.
