The holiday house by the sea is in the little fishing village of Kanica in quiet surroundings, just five metres from the beach. It is the ideal choice if you would like to spend your holiday in the natural beauty of the Adriatic with a Mediterranean climate and a rich historical and cultural heritage.The detached luxury house was built in 2013 and can accommodate up to eight people within 140m² of living space. The ground floor of 25m² has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor of 115m² there are the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the bedrooms have a double bed. The living room also has two supplementary beds. The living and dining room with the kitchen total 35m². The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and tableware. All four bathrooms have a shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available on request. The living room has satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio and wireless Internet access. Each bedroom and the living room are fitted with air conditioning.
