This romantic stone cottage is located in the small village of Rudina, said to be one of the last well-kept secrets on the island of Hvar in the sunny southern Adriatic sea, a perfect seaside retreat for a group of friends or a family looking for a relaxing holiday far away from the tourist crowds.Modern furnished stone cottage close to the sea, newly built and designed to the authentic Dalmatian style with a traditional stone grill in the large fully enclosed leafy gardensThe cottage was newly built in 1970. It is spread over two floors and boasts a spacious living-/dining area, separate fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor hosts the living area which is furnished with a stylish cream coloured sofa, a coffee table, television set, DVD player, HiFi system and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, four hob gas cooker with extractor hood, oven, fridge complete with freezer compartment, microwave, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. One of the three bedrooms is also on the ground floor and is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the second bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed and the third bedroom also with a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed. All three bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes offering plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. Upon request, an extra bed for a baby can be made available. One of the two bathrooms (the ground floor benefits from one and there also is one on the first floor) has a bath tub with a shower device and the other has a shower cabin, and both bathrooms are equipped with a wash basin, wall mirror and a toilet. Reliable WLAN internet access is offered in the cottage free of charge.The large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the leafy inner courtyard with an extra large traditional stone grill. A generous glass dining table with chairs and sun loungers invite you to enjoy some long barbecue evenings under the starlit sky. The stone cottage is embedded in 500 m² of carefully planted gardens surrounded by a rustic stone wall. Retire with a good book under the shade providing trees and leave all your worries behind.Your holiday cottage is located only approximately 700 m away from the beach, right in front of the cottage you will find a pathway that leads through the pine woods straight to the crystal clear waters of Zukova bay. The coastal town of Stari Grad is only approximately 2 km away from your cottage and offers good shopping facilities and a wide range of cafes and restaurants.
