Timeless es una casa hermosamente decorada que se encuentra a pocos minutos de la playa y frente a la piscina del lado oeste. Esta espaciosa casa cuenta con grandes porches en el primer y segundo piso que incluyen columpios, mecedoras y áreas de comedor al aire libre. El primer piso incluye un dormitorio principal con cama king size con chimenea y un baño privado (solo ducha) con tocadores dobles. Dos dormitorios adicionales, cada uno con dos camas individuales y con áreas separadas de tocador / lavamanos en la habitación, comparten un baño completo de Jack y Jill. El segundo piso se abre a una gran sala de estar con chimenea, mesa de comedor para diez personas, una cocina totalmente equipada con acceso a un porche con balcón lateral, así como un dormitorio doble adicional y un baño completo. Subiendo la escalera de caracol, hay una acogedora área de loft con un sofá cama. Unos pasos más arriba y podrá disfrutar viendo los amaneceres y puestas de sol desde la cubierta de la torre abierta. Great Stay

Enjoyed the stay here in Seaside. Location was great, pool across the street was a huge hit not to mention the very short walk to the beach and town. House is better than pictures suggest. Outside areas, the porch and the tower, were better than expected. Thanks for a great stay.

We have rented her for over a decade and this home is in the top 5% of all Seaside homes--the patios and furniture and all their extras were perfect and clean and well-kept--and the home is big enough to have privacy even if you have the whole family. Great house and great location!

The house was in a great location. We walked or rode bikes to the beach or into the main square. We loved the roof top porch. Great views! The house was clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish the house had was condiments or seasonings for cooking. I would definitely stay here again, and bring seasonings from home!

Homeowner's Collection always has the houses ready to go and absolutely beautiful! Timeless and Time Out of Time are a great location for a family as the kids can ride their bikes around the circle as we sit on the front porch. Not a heavy traffic area and not within hearing distance of the 30A noise, this is our happy place. We also have the swimming pool across the street which is the stopping place on the way back from the beach. If we are going to the beach - we are going to Seaside!

We are a three generation family of eight and the configuration of the house worked out so well for us! Everyone got a good nights sleep! We loved being across from the family pool where the three and five year olds loved to splash. It is also conveniently located on the west end handy walking distance to the Watercolor Wine bar and the Modica Makes. The home is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The upstairs deck was in constant use. Cant go wrong with this one!

The Timeless Cottage was absolutely perfect for my daughter and 2 friends along with my sister-in-law and me. The kitchen was great as well as the family area. We loved all the porches and outdoor sitting areas. Being across from the Westside pool was perfect. Our walk to the beach was no more than a couple of minutes. The girls were able to hop on their bikes and be to the center of Seaside quickly and absolutely loved it! The folks at Homeowners Collection were super helpful. We can't wait to come back!!

Some of the kitchen cabinet doors don't stay closed. Also, aa door to the Jack and Jill bath doesn't stay closed due to issue with it latching to the frame. Finally, the lavatory knobs and faucets in the master bath need to be tightened. You would expect to not have these issues in such a beautiful place. Otherwise, wonderful house.

Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay!- house located in prime location- house was clean- decor was very tasteful- queen bed very hard and uncomfortable- twin Beds - old, squeaky, misshapen (twin beds dipped in middle) - expect much nicer in house like this.- rugs very dirty (need replacement or professional cleaning)- hand soap not offered/available in each bathroom- more paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bag refills would be appreciated. It’s understandable for the people renting to buy some but if we need to buy large packages then we are leaving leftover/extra product when we leave- couch slipcovers damaged and stained (replacement or professional cleaning)- WiFi kept dropping out the day of arrival. Reboot of router several times did not fix. Management responded quickly and dispatched someone the next day to replace modem

Cottage needs an update.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Timeless is in an excellent location and has a nice layout for a large group. However, it is in need of an update. The refrigerator and freezer are difficult to open and the freezer quit making ice after two days.When we arrived we were preparing dinner. No cookie sheet, no whisk and no pot with a lid that fit. There are about 20 pots of various sizes but no lids except for one skillet. The only "working" blender leaked and sprayed contents out the backside. What is the point of a non-refundable damage deposit if an inventory is not taken before every rental and items replaced that are not there? Overall the cottage seems pretty worn-out: lots of chipped paint, sagging cabinet doors, worn floors and stained slip covers.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Timeless and Time after Time and it gave our family of 11 plenty of room. The house was beautiful—very comfortable and clean. The casita gave our family with a baby some quiet space for naps. The outdoor porches are huge and have lots of seating/eating options. The location could not be more perfect. It is tucked back on a dead end street so is quiet and kids can play outside safely. The very short and easy walk to the Odessa Pavilion was nice. We always use Cabana Man for our chairs and though expensive it’s so nice to have good chairs and umbrellas waiting for us on the beach. The bikes provided were used by kids to bike around neighborhood. We took advantage of everything in Seaside Circle. Our favorite stop as soon as we land is George’s in Alys Beach. All of the spots in Seaside to eat are fabulous. Bud & Alleys always. Great Southern Cafe, even Modica Market! We tried Black Bear Bread for first time and it’s awesome! Homeowners Collection was great about dropping by items we had run out of. That was such a help. Just can’t say enough good things about everything!!! It’s why Seaside is always our first choice when staying on 30A. We will definitely stay at this house again and MOST definitely use Homeowners Collection again

Loved the floor plan and lots of porch seating! Parking was easy. Guest (queen) bedroom mattress not very comfortable, but master was ok. Subzero door had VERY strong suction and couldn’t open, tip: wait 60 seconds between opening and it opens easily. Homeowners Collection staff / very professional, friendly, responsive.
