The Eredità farmhouse dates back to the late 19th and early 20th century and is an authentic rural house. It has been renovated with care and attention to detail, using local stone and chestnut beams and terracotta bricks. It has three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms to ensure privacy and maximum comfort for guests. The furnishings are tasteful with family furniture, paintings on the walls, Vietri ceramics and Deruta lamps in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, pots and pans and fully functional appliances to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is open onto the living room furnished with table and chairs, sofa bed and ceramic wood stove. TV and air conditioning. In addition, the entire house is built with stone and wood with low environmental impact, baked all around the pool, which in turn uses a diatomaceous earth filtering system (a rare filter due to its high cost) that limits the use of chlorine and chemicals to keep the water in optimal condition. Our guests do not have the annoying feeling of dry skin after using the pool. We have an irrigation system that allows watering with little water. Our window frames are double-glazed. In the vegetable garden we tend our own plants of tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and others that we give our guests as a welcome gift.
