It features a well-thought-out floor plan: Three rooms are divided into two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a welcoming dining area. The living area has an inviting design and is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a cozy sofa. Free Wi-Fi also provides internet access at all times, so you can stay connected even while on vacation.

The self-contained, fully equipped kitchen meets all your needs for cooking and dining together. The bathroom is spacious and furnished in a timeless style. The in-house washing machine is available for shared use.

Complex:

Villa Smidt is a charming vacation home with a total of six residential units, four of which are available as vacation apartments for our guests. These include two two-room apartments on the first floor and two three-room apartments on the first floor.
Villa Smidt is located on Gartenstraße, just about 200 meters from the beach promenade and the fine-sand beach of Warnemünde. The centrally located Kirchplatz is about one kilometer away—alternatively, you can take a leisurely stroll along the promenade to the Teepott Warnemünde and the Warnemünde Lighthouse.
The two-room vacation apartments on the first floor can accommodate up to four people; an extra bed can be added in the living area. The ground-floor apartments feature a terrace. Dogs are allowed in one ground-floor apartment and one upper-floor apartment.
The three-room apartments on the first floor feature two separate bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a balcony.
All vacation apartments are equipped with fully stocked kitchens, allowing you to comfortably prepare your own meals during your stay.
A washing machine is available to guests on the first floor free of charge. Each apartment has a lockable shed for storing items such as bicycles.
