On a gorgeous garden lot of over 700m³ near the Baltic Sea, you, our dear guests, will find plenty of space to relax. Adults, singles, seniors, families with children, and pet owners are guaranteed to feel right at home in this half of the vacation home.

This stylish semi-detached home near the Baltic Sea, with its comfortable amenities, leaves nothing to be desired for up to 8 guests + 1 toddler.

The first floor features the living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area. The light-filled living space invites you to relax with a cozy sofa corner and matching armchairs. A fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere, providing not only pleasant warmth but also creating a romantic ambiance. For those looking for entertainment, a satellite TV is available. All guests can take a seat at the spacious extendable dining table and enjoy a meal together.

Through the wide sliding patio door, you step directly onto the spacious southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair—the perfect spot to simply enjoy a moment of peace and quiet.

Thanks to the high-quality kitchenette, the house is ideally suited for self-catering. It is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances. In addition to a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, there is a stove with an oven, a convenient dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and an egg cooker, as well as a coffee maker and a blender.

Thanks to the ideal layout on the first floor, there is not only a living and dining area but also a bedroom with a French double bed (140x200 cm), satellite TV, a wardrobe, and a dresser.
A modern bathroom with a window, equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet, is also located on this floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (1 x 155x200 cm and 1 x 180x200 cm), a closet, and seating. One of these bedrooms also features a desk.
The second, slightly larger bathroom is located on this floor and is also equipped with a shower and toilet. Like the one on the first floor, this bathroom also has a window.

The fourth bedroom is located in the attic; it is furnished with a French double bed (140x200 cm), a small wardrobe, and satellite TV.

Special Features

This spacious property offers nature lovers a lovingly landscaped and naturally overgrown, fenced garden of over 600 m², which ensures plenty of privacy on your large sun terrace. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a glass of wine on cozy evenings. The vacation home is located right next to the romantic Hofgut Redewisch manor house, a hotel and restaurant with a sauna area.
The windows in the living area and the ground-floor bedroom are equipped with exterior roller shades. The upper-level sleeping areas can also be easily darkened with curtains or similar. A high chair is available free of charge in the house for our youngest guests. If you bring your own travel crib or rent one from us for a fee, you can set it up in any room in the house, as there is plenty of space everywhere.

The cozy patio area is complemented by exclusive patio furniture and a private beach chair. With its unparalleled ambiance, the AHOI vacation home leaves nothing to be desired and guarantees a relaxing vacation.

Bicycles
You’re welcome to park bicycles [&] and other items on the terrace or within the lockable property. There’s also a power outlet near the terrace (e.g., for e-bikes). A storage shed is also available on the property.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for up to four guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time. .

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
