Ocean View 2 Bdrm Beach Condo en San Diego (Pacific Beach)

Venga y disfrute de nuestro condominio de vacaciones en la playa recientemente remodelado con todos los electrodomésticos, accesorios y granito más modernos; echa un vistazo a la moderna cocina, baño completo y ducha adicional. Nueva cocina completa con encimeras de granito, todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, baños nuevos y pisos nuevos en todas partes. Mi esposa y yo compramos este encantador condominio y estamos trabajando duro para que su sueño se convierta en realidad, y haremos todo lo posible para que su estadía sea memorable. El condominio lo tiene todo; 2 dormitorios completos y cada uno tiene su propio baño completo. Disfrute de su tranquilo café matutino con vista a las olas del Océano Pacífico desde su terraza privada. A pie de restaurantes locales y tiendas. La playa de arena está a solo 20 pasos del condominio. Lavandería justo a mitad de camino. Estacionamiento subterráneo seguro para su vehículo, jacuzzi. Fantástica área común con una vista despejada de la playa y el histórico Crystal Pier, ideal para leer, disfrutar de un cóctel, esas siestas o observar a la gente. Ir a correr o caminar a paso ligero por la arena o el paseo marítimo. o súbete a las dos bicicletas de crucero de playa que tenemos para ti en el garaje. Genial alejarse de la vida cotidiana. Te llevarás a casa muchos recuerdos geniales de tu estadía en los condominios 'See the Sea' en Pacific Beach.

A great space for my wife and 17yo exchange student. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The unit was clean and well decorated and furnished, and a week equipped kitchen. The common area was clean with stunning views of sunsets. The neighborhood has great food and drink options, the boardwalk was great for strolling and people watching. Easy check in and check out procedure.

Location was great and walkable to everything. Owners had a booklet of information with recommendations for local eateries that was very helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was nice to watch the ocean and weekend crowd. Check out instructions were very clear, condo was very clean and laundry facilities right outside the door for easy access. Private parking was convenient and absolutely essential when staying in PB. Would definitely stay again!

A parking spot is a huge bonus! Location is great! While it can get a bit noisy it is so convenient it is easy to overlook! The balcony with an ocean view and breeze, well, what can I say! Great place to stay and Dale is super responsive. I will be back!

Perfect location! Close to beach, can see ocean from balcony! Very very very clean and lots of fans. Dale is great will answer you any time and ensures you have a wonderful time. Only thing to consider is no AC- being from the east coast this took a little to get used to!

Excellent location in Pacific Beach right near Crystal Pier. The condo has everything you need.The hot tub in the common area is nice, however, it's way too foamy because people use it coming in from the beach...

See the Sea

Location was excellent, however, you do need to be prepared to listen to the very loud bars located right near by! Since the apartment has no A/C, keeping the windows closed to lesson the booming sounds of music at midnight made the air inside the apartment a bit close. There weee excellent ceiling fans and floor fans to accommodate.

Perfect beach location

The condo is right on the beach with tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance. We rented surf boards at a shop near by. The host has tons of fun beach toys to keep everyone occupied for hours. Bring quarters for the community washer/dryer. When we were there the host had plenty of spices and condiments. There is a grocery store across the street. I wish I would have gone to the condo first (we went to the store first) to get an idea of what they had in the fridge/pantry.

Great location

Property was in a great location and Dale was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Unit was well stocked with beach gear, games, and kitchen gear. It did tend to get loud on weekend nights with the bar across the street, but my kids are all teens and stayed up past 11 so it didn’t bother us too much. One night I needed to play white noise on my phone, but slept fine with that. It did get warm in the afternoons with no AC, but cooled down in the evenings with the ocean breeze.

Excellent SD beach location

We had a great time here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Plenty of space in the unit. Excellent balcony view of the pier and ocean. Given some of the bars nearby, evenings could be a bit noisy, but an overall fantastic stay!

Wonderful Special Place

We stayed 10 days a family of 5 Dad mom 2 17 yr olds & 1 eleven yr old boy the kids liked the Internet. I liked the Cable in each room.The bedrooms are great 1 closet is Loaded with beach gear. The good folding chairs so you can pack up on the beach when your ready to Cruise to lunch on the cool,lazy, breezy BoardWalk. Shop, eat rent bikes,or just do nothing but enjoy the lovely waves (not too big 3~5ft) hot sand and the hypnotic smells only found at the beach. The kitchen is totally & fully stocked to cook reheat make coffee and its nice to have a brand new sponge & papertowels. Plenty of soap for dishes or a couple loads of laundry,ample counter space.A nice dining table well lit for laptops or eating together. Each room has a nice ceiling fan Plus extra fans i get hot so having 2 fans was great. The balcony is nice just right for coffee early mornings while the sleepy beach comes alive. My only complaint is I should of booked 14 dys instead of 10! The landlord responded quickly to our request for an extra 1 hour to pack up thank you for that! Great price tooi have been coming to PB 30 yrs still the same cool surfer beach family friendly community! PS. The ice cream place since 1948 soooo amazing we went every night! Banana Cream Pie Do Not Miss it!

Great location

We stayed here for our spring break and it was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Beach, restaurants and grocery store was all right there. We did lots of excursions to sights like downtown, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Cabrillo and Mission beach. Everything was less than 20 min away for this place which was great. We are not big into the nightlife, but if you are this is by far the place to be. Of course being on the beach was the highlight and our boys loved using the boogie they had in the condo-thanks!

There were 4 adults that stayed in the condo! We all really enjoyed the vib of the area! Entertainment, shopping, restaurants, & hustle & bustle of people enjoying themselves! Decent view of Pacific from small private balcony! Clean & modern amenities! Great stay!

Great Stay

Especially if you have young adults. My 19 and 21 year old kids loved the space. Lots of fun - shops and restaurants all around.

My wife Barbara and I recently bought this ocean front condo on the sands in Pacific Beach. As a native San Diegan, Barbara grew up spending her summers on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach. The beaches are the best in San Diego county. There is so much to do and see in San Diego. We hope you will visit our rental and enjoy all of San Diego has to offer.

Location, location, location. This condo has spectacular white water views of the Pacific Ocean with the added benefit of being able to walk to shopping, restaurants, groceries, night life; it is all here to enjoy. Beautiful beach front property. It is also completely remodeled throughout. The beaches in front of our condo are back open, come enjoy sunbathing and the ocean!!!!!

Endless activities, surfing, beach walks, jogging, night life, everything at your disposal. No need for a car as almost everything is within a short walk. Golf and tennis are a short drive away. Rental bikes and scooters are available near the condo.
