Apartment complex Strandjuwel WE 213: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

The modern, beachfront 2-room apartment 213 (approx. 30 m²) on the 1st floor (mezzanine) of Building B (no elevator) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living/dining room and the bathroom/toilet have tile flooring, while the bedroom features high-quality wood-look laminate flooring.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, a bench (with additional storage space) and a coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, and a small sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony (facing the south-facing courtyard), which is approximately 3.5 m² in size and furnished with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. Upon request, we’d also be happy to provide you with a portable oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The modern and cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a wicker armchair, and a leather ottoman. To ensure a good night’s sleep, the bedroom also features blackout curtains and pleated blinds.

The recently renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a cabinet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, a small wall cabinet, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your coats on the coat rack with a bench in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater pool and sauna area right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.

The description of the furnishings is based on information provided by the owners; errors and changes are reserved—the actual furnishings and equipment may vary slightly.

Our agency’s rental office is located on the street side and integrated into the apartment complex; our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
