Bienvenido a Harborview en el barrio de Seabright en Santa Cruz. Estamos ubicados en el puerto inferior, con nuestra terraza mirando hacia el puerto y las escaleras que conducen directamente a los barcos. Nuestra casa principal tiene 3 dormitorios: cada uno tiene una cama queen y en el dormitorio con literas hay una cama queen en el área de loft del dormitorio con literas. Una lavadora y secadora apiladas también están en el dormitorio de literas. Cuenta con 3 baños completos. Hay una bañera con patas en uno de los baños con vista al puerto. También está disponible una sala de bonificación adicional adicional con cama queen y un baño completo con ducha en el nivel inferior. Por lo tanto, hay un total de 4 baños y 4 camas tamaño queen para usar si incluye el espacio adicional en el nivel inferior.

Puede tomar el sendero a pie hasta la playa o, en verano, el taxi acuático a las tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Hay muchas actividades que puede realizar a poca distancia, por ejemplo: kayak, surf, body board, tabla de skim, hogueras, voleibol de playa, vela, escalada y más.

Great Location

We had such a fun time. Located on the bluff overlooking the harbor the view was fantastic. The steps in the back gave us direct access to the harbor docks, restaurant and the trail system around the harbor and out to the beach.

BEACH VACATION

Entire family stayed at this location which is within walking distance to both the beach and Boardwalk. House layout was perfect for our group. Deck looking into yacht harbor was peaceful and scenic. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Seabright summer trip

Great location. Kids loved the bunks. Right on the yacht harbor and short 15 min walk to the beach and boardwalk.lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Hike to the light house, or have a late breakfast at Aldos, go for a sail on the Chardonnay. Super convenient location for lots of Santa cruz fun and sun.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was adorable and was the perfect size for our group of nine. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and relax. We especially loved that there were so many cozy places to sit and hang out, both inside and outside. The beds were all very comfortable, and everyone slept great.One of our favorite parts was spending time on the dock watching the harbor; it was so peaceful. The hot tub on the deck was also a great bonus after a day out.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and even some pantry staples, which made cooking easy. There was a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher to help with the stay. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to Betty's, Seabright Deli, and the beach. We visited over the 4th of July, and being within walking distance of the parade made the whole experience even more special.We also really appreciated how responsive the property management was. We mentioned that the toaster wasn't working, and a new one was delivered to the front door the very next day.We had an amazing week and would absolutely stay here again!

Great view and location & spaciousness. Period.

Great view, location & spaciousness. Many issues with cleanliness, tv not working. Shower curtains with mildew, soiled linens, oven mitts, carpets and rugs. Bay windows and windows in general were in dire need of cleaning. Garbage and recycle cans in car port were filthy. In spite of that, we still had a good time.

Family gathering

This was a wonderful place for our family to get together. Space enough for everyone to have there own bedrooms and bathrooms. Also plenty of places to hang around together and socialize.. Location close to beach too.

Wonderful vacation spot for our family. Our only complaint was not enough beach chairs for us.

Easy to get everywhere and enjoy local sites and foods. Getting to the beach was easy but as we came in from the east coast, we really needed provided beach chairs, and umbrellas. It did not stop us from having a fantastic family vacation.

Superior location: short walk to the beach; short walk / bike-ride to the Boardwalk; short bike-ride to downtown. The back deck overlooks the visually engaging yacht harbor. Great site for week-long family stay. My next trip to Santa Cruz ? This will be the place.

Great views!

The property has a great deck with views over the harbor and the ocean in the distance. Great location to walk into town, to the boardwalk and to the beach. The property manager handled the couple hiccups quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th of July here!!!

Location...Location

Great location. House is a little quirky but comfortable and fun. Well stocked kitchen and linens, and comfortable dining and family room. Bunk room not quite as expected in that the queen bed is on top and not sure who would sleep there...maybe teens. We had four toddlers so it didn’t work for us as well as we’d hoped. Washer and dryer nice to have but seemed to vent directly into the bunk room. Nice hot tub and deck with view and access to harbor. Short walk to beach and cafes and Boardwalk. The downstairs bedroom is small but acceptable. Could use a few hooks on the walls for clothing and jackets. Our two sons and their wives loved it and hope to come back next year. Internet connection was not good at all.

Beautiful, clean and well set up

This house was enjoyable from the first moment we walked in. There was lots of room and we loved the layout of the house. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Everything was very clean. The location next to the harbor is great - beautiful view. Walking distance to beach AND the Boardwalk. We hope to go back there next year.

Perfect for an extended family vacation

The house was perfect for our family reunion/vacation. The inlaw unit down stairs was perfect for my brother's family with 2 toddlers. The only complaint I would have is the room with the bunk beds, it was not clear in the pictures or description that this is a triple bunk with the queen bed on top, but it worked out fine!

Not Clean, Odd Layout, Rude Owner - But Awesome Location

To start, I never received my details for accessing the property so I called the owner and she was very rude on the phone. The property iis old and the furniture is in poor condition and the layout / bed situation is funky. 4 of 10 beds are bunks and if you are not an 8 year old - not accessible. And the bed linens were not changed - dirty ....and we even found an old pair of socks! THere is another room outside and down the stairs - which feels like a basement and we found a lot of worms on the floor and furniture. There were 6 bath towels provided for 9 guests - so we had to improvise. The location is amazing. I would not recommend staying - there are soo many other properties in the vicinity that are clean and professionally managed.

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback! I know that the VRBO system can be very confusing for some people. If you go back and look at your reservation through VRBO, you will see that we sent you the check in instructions twice, through two different formats, email and the VRBO app. I'm sorry if communicating through this technology was somewhat confusing for you- I totally understand!- I had to talk my grandmother through it last month, I get it! As you had difficulty accessing the check in instructions through the methods sent to you, I'm so glad that my property manager answered your call immediately and guided you into the property. As far as your feedback about the property: Clean linens are provided for every bed in the house, and this was verified by the cleaners. I'm sorry that you were not able to find the walk-in linen closet on the main floor that includes 10 extra bath towels. One call to the property manager about this issue would have solved the problem. As far as the "worms" that you encountered on the deck, they are more commonly known as "caterpillars". This is a natural cycle, that comes from having a native oak tree on the property. They have now completed their cycle and are beautiful butterflies! We do hope that you enjoyed the special accommodation that we provided for your early arriving guests. Again thank you so much for taking the time to reach out!

It was a nice place to stay. Upstairs rooms done nicely: provide good number and variety spaces.

Location is wonderful. This is an older home which has been expanded and updated but still shows need for tlc. Living, kitchen and dining areas very comfortable and nicely furnished. The converted downstairs space (with a 4th BR and 3rd bath) has a nice bathroom but the bedroom space needs improvement to be acceptable. The most significant deficiency was lack of any closet/wardrobe or even any hangers. Also, had to borrow a hair dryer from upstairs. The master bedroom is nice with a great claw foot tub set in a picture window with a harbor view. Lack of a shower is a drawback. Also, while the straight-through view of the harbour from the john is pleasant, the view goes both ways which can be uncomfortable - to say the least - when someone walks by on the deck outside and the user had not noticed that possibility ;). Aside from drawing the curtain behind the tub, this condition could be mitigated by silvering the window for a one-way view effect or putting a curtain or movable screen near the toilet. Two service related deficiencies were noted during our stay: (1) There was no bottled water or starter packets of coffee; (2) We were notified just prior to our arrival that a rain storm had found leaks in two skylights so that there were large pans and towels at both locations to catch any further leakage pending repairs. We did not request any compensation for this inconvenience nor was any offered.

Great location!

The property can't be beat. It was in a great location the kitchen was awesome, the deck truly amazing. There were some spiders and bugs in the lower room, but that is typical for a "lower" room. Hardly worth a fuss.

I have enjoyed walks to the lighthouse, the beach, the restaurants, and to the local Verve Coffee House as well. I intermittently return here to enjoy the natural beauty of the area and activities such as kayaking and hiking in the nearby magnificent state parks: Wilder Ranch, Natural Bridges, and Nisene Marks. The home is available as a vacation rental at the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and Seabright Beach neighborhood. It is managed by SurfCity-Rentals in Capitola with Jody and Haley as the property managers.

The property is unique and fabulous because while most places with Harbor or Ocean Views are on small lots, this one is on a double lot and so the views are from the ground floor level from the harbor view wrap around deck.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love how the wrap around deck gives relaxing and lovely views of the Santa Cruz Harbor. These breathtaking views of the sailboats and the Monterey Bay can be enjoyed from the hot tub on the deck as well.
